Would be zero stars but you have to give them one. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. The fact that you make people take off huge hours of their days to have their cars inspected is ridiculous and then they don't even give you a heads up to let you know they are on the way so they have to wait around indefinitely. I also just had one of your "customer service" representatives tell me it was my fault and they called my number which they never did. Such a scam. Definitely never leasing through Hyundai ever again.
