Strip of buffoons!

They are just irrespinsiblie.
My husband was going to take evening class through agency from July and paid.
But rigjt before the beginning of July, he was told that the class was cancelled. And until now, for more than two months, the havent refund the tutition fee. The agency told my husband that they asked many times to refund but the Alliance does not take care of that.
We have a lot of stress. I call them today but noone gets the call.
I cant belive this is the school which is officially supported by the govenment.

Deplorable and unprofessional customer service.
The announced deadlines are not respected, no response is provided.

For a French test carried out via their organization, no news of the convocation after the debit of fees.

After the exam, no news of the results. Don't answer the phone. Do not respond to emails.

Unforgettable experience with second-to-none French language tuition

Small groups (3 to 8 people) , teacher attentive and very helpful. So I did learn a lot.
Admins helped when needed. Classrooms could do with an upgrade (windows did not filter out noise nor was there any AC when it was very hot).

Excellent French school. Many thanks to the whole team!

The place is warm, spacious and the staff welcoming and attentive. The library and the relevant and innovative IT tools at its disposal are a major asset for good learning of French. Well done to the teams.
