Kind and helpful staff. Received test results quickly.

I used them when I started my company and they did a good job. I recently used them and they did my nutritional labels for me but did not let me know that their rate went up per each nutritional label $100 more! If my prices go up just 10 cents more I email my customers in advance.

Not impressed. I dropped off a water sample for irrigation suitability testing only to find out A MONTH LATER when I called that the amount dropped off was insufficient. No mention of sample size requirements was made when I dropped it off, and when I expressed my displeasure it seems like they couldn't end the call fast enough. No offer to retest, or accept any responsibility. Of course, they charged full price in advance.

dont trust do your homework on owner and address of company

If you don't need your test results until a month later this lab is for you. Also if you would like your tests done wrong and information not given to you and you have to ask where it is and then it is only explained to you after have noticed it is missing and then get to be explained what was done wrong ,then this is the lab for you!

I have been using A.A.L. for over 5 years for periodic biological testing and potable water testing. They are always quick to post results and contact you directly if they have questions about samples or there is a problem. We also utilize them for 3rd party auditing, consulting, and food safety training. Great company!
