Not impressed. I dropped off a water sample for irrigation suitability testing only to find out A MONTH LATER when I called that the amount dropped off was insufficient. No mention of sample size requirements was made when I dropped it off, and when I expressed my displeasure it seems like they couldn't end the call fast enough. No offer to retest, or accept any responsibility. Of course, they charged full price in advance.
