Alley Cat Entertainment Review

Was not happy at all i went there for a birthday party and was treated badly by staff my cheese burger was pink in the middle and when we went to do laser tag they let 3 grown men go in with us when it's little girls they should have told them men they could wait so they wouldn't have been in there making everyone feel uncomfortable i personally believe if someone pays that much for a birthday party and to be treated that way is just not right

The service was great and my family really enjoyed themselves. We will be back real soon

Had a blast with family, eat before you go the food is overpriced.

Love this place. Kids love it too. The free bowling for kids during the summer is awesome!! Great for family fun!!

Very overrated and extremely pricey you can go to Parks Mall and go to one of the game rooms and have just as much fun and spend half the money way too pricey way overpriced way overrated

I will never in my life go back here. It all started with the bartender. She was rude and didn't get a tip, got mad and called the manager Mikki when we wanted to order again, who took her side. Said she wasn't going to serve us because she didn't have to. I don't know why the police got involved, he jumped in it. I had to report him with the Arlington Police Department. They asked us to leave without giving us all of our money back. Another manager gave me back the money for our bowling that we were waiting on which was 140.00. She refused to give me my money for my food that was put on the table seconds before they kicked us out. The food total was 164.00.

2 large Meatlovers pizzas
5 orders of large wings
1 order of large cheese sticks
1 order of large fries
3 orders of pitcher lemeonades

They did not give me my money back and i have to dispute it with my credit card company because I never got my food.

I will never in my life go back to this racist place. They clearly have to be under new management because I never experienced such hate.

To think, this is how we were treated at our sons 9th birthday party.

Alley Cats in Arlington will never get any more money from anyone I know. Believe that.

Good bowling but the beers are just plain over priced...

Fun atmosphere, lots to do, many families. Had some dinner & bowled. but got turnd off when some mngr guy balled out worker at snackbar ovr dumb stuff, look like mngr was showing off.

Food was under cooked and they said that they would lose money if they cook me a different batch .

Nice place, the kids have fun and enjoy their time.

It was my first time coming in a long time it was fun I really enjoyed it but I overheard a conversation in there and this man kept calling a waitress Sweetheart and I could tell she felt uncomfortable

They are racist in the place!!!!!!!! I went with my South Africans friends and they didn t accept their driver license from their country to drink alcohol. We look between 28 and 40 years old. They kicked out of the place and we payed for 2 hours of bowling and we only played 1 hour.

Fun and excitement for kids. Great place for parties.

The service, food and is well worth it. There's something to do for everyone including Wi-Fi. My family and I always have a blast every time we visit.

We had a lot of fun...but its a bit pricey on bowling for only 30 mins. We paid about 35 dollars for 2 people.

I like coming here with my son, there is a lot to do. But I would definitely come in on Saturday mornings better points for ur money.

Experienced rude staff and thought it was too expensive. frequent lots of fun places, and just either visited on a day with problems or it is always this way. may try again in the future - but sure hope the people will be nicer

Today I went to Alley Cats, and left in a bad mood.
I had Alley Cats cards from the previous times that I have been. My friend and I were going to combine 5 cards on to one. We were supposed to have over 30 points and 5k tickets. When we got to the counter, the lady who was helping us didn't seen pleased to do what we asked, to combine the cards. She gave one card back, with less than what we walked in with. We asked for our cards back, and she already threw them into to stack with the rest, so she didn't give them back. When she asked for help with a coworker, he said that we didn't have any other cards, and this was the only one that we gave, which made no sense to us. We tried to explain what happened to him, but he kept saying we were wrong, even though he wasn't there when the lady was "combining" the cards.
We finally left, because we were not going to stand there while an employee was calling us liars. The service was very poor, and we are definitely not going back to Alley Cats, with them treating us like that.

Was here for a business event. Would recommend for a group function.

Had a good time, the young lady that hosted my nephew's birthday party was awesome, she was attentive to all the guest not just the kids and the pizza was really, really good!

Small arcade, kind of crowded, but the staff is pretty good.

C19 has decimated this place (in terms of patrons). Good bowling/laser tag/video game location. Good beer selection at the bar (as well as happy hour prices). The cheese sticks were especially good. They passed the cheese test.

Security seemed to be following us around so we left

Kids had a blast. A bit pricey, but aren't they always lol. The price of the little ones happiness I suppose.

First off we went here for a school feild trip it was amazing me and my freinds loved the arcade because it was so much fun going there again for my bday

Had my sons 8th bday party here this past Saturday. It was our first time coming here. All the children had so much fun! We purchased the ultimate party package,and I must say it was well priced for everything that was included. My only complaint is our party host wasn't very cheerful, and was not organized. She kept leaving our party room to grab things that I feel should have been prepared before we entered the room. She didn't communicate very well with me and seemed really unsure/unorganized. Perhaps she was new? Also I ordered 3 platters and the food was COLD! I would not recommend ordering platters for a party it was not worth it at all. I should have just gone with just the pizza. Other then that we had a wonderful time and I will be back and possibly have another party at this location again!

I had a lot of fun so did the family and the rock climbing was awesome scary but awesome

My husband and I went here for a day date and went bowling. They seats are super comfortable and really nice!
