Requires less than one star. Tami Ayre my case worker didn t even care to update me on my lost package that was apparently sent to her mailbox. I had to call in everyday to find out anything. Very unprofessional. Reception desk just as worse but VERY QUICK to ask for payments. Lost a lot of time and money and still waiting for my refund to this day.

As per your reply yes immigration is very frustrating that s why we hire you guys to make it a little bit easier. My issue is not with the post office. The company I used(UPS) made sure it was delivered to your offices. Whoever mailed it out again after that is responsible. My issue is that for two weeks no one told me my package was lost. Tami ignored my emails, and i kept calling the office and told she is not in. I have those on record if you would like. If I was told early enough that my package was missing I would have taken the right steps to get copies and get them on time. I got an email about a refund, still waiting for it to reflect on my bank account, thank you.
