My experience with limo incorporated was good . Elissa was great Darnell the driver had attitudes when we got an hour early, and told him to drive us more around he started rolling his eyes and shaking his head i did not understand what the problem was. We got off at the venue without going for a drive like we wanted

Booking was very professional; I booked with Mike who said he was the owner of the company. On the day of my wedding the driver arrived early and was very professional as well. When I saw the car an immediate eye sore stuck out with the tint peeling from the inside window that was really noticeable from the outside. The passenger door handle did not work, the speaker covers on the inside of the limousine were missing, the air condition did not work and it was a warm day in August. Speakers were busted and only 1/2 worked. OH AND NO BLUETOOTH or even aux cord provided by the company to play your choice of music. This is my 1st time reserving a limo so maybe these questions should have been asked but it is 2020! Even a uber provides needed accessories so I would expect the same from a limousine company.

When I contacted Mike to share my concerns ON MY WEDDING DAY; he told me it was nothing he could do because it was a "special rate". VERY RUDE and showing no kinds of empathy and blatantly told me "it was nothing he could do". When booking I did not ask for any kind of special rate; I booked with the rate given. All in all Mike gave me horrible customer service and the worst car in his fleet, if he has a fleet of vehicles. I would not recommend this company! If you do book with them look at your vehicle before your event, and request minor specifics like working speakers and bluetooth audio or make sure the driver has an AUX cord at least.

I worked with Elissa at least 6 months prior to my sister-in-law's wedding and she was able to help me set-up everything for her perfectly. She was attentive and was all about the details, she made me feel like I was her VIP customer just from email exchanges. Even with COVID-19, a few changes were nothing to her and she made it happen. On the day of, we had Anthony as our driver and he was on-time, safe, and accommodating to our requests. Limo's, Inc. should be your next choice for your event!

This is an excellent company very professional and our driver WAS THE BEST! I took my family to the Marine Corps parade at 8th & I in Wash DC and the whole experience was tremendous. I highly recommend.

I reserved the 28 passenger shuttle as transportation for my pastor's birthday. Greg , our driver, was very professional, showed up on time and was such a gentleman assisting the ladies aboard the shuttle. The shuttle was very clean, smelled fresh and comfortable. We arrived to the Odyssey in plenty of time. He kept in touch letting me know where he would be when we docked.
Everyone loved the idea of traveling into D.C. and not worry about parking or paying for parking. There were tons of compliments for Greg, and the shuttle.
I must say that Elissa was a jewel in assisting for pick up and return. Professional and treated me like a friend instead of a stranger. I will definitely use this service again- the cost is very affordable and the staff personable.

I highly recommend Limousines, Inc. After collecting bids from several companies in the area for a tailgate to the Redskins/Patriots game, Limousines, Inc. had the most competitive overall offer. Elissa, our contact there, was very helpful and prompt with responses. Our driver, Mike, arrived early, was very friendly and went out of his way to help us throughout the day. Someone even left a bag on the bus after Mike had left and he called and told me that he found it and was turning around to bring it back to us. Most companies would likely make you come to them to retrieve it. Beyond the excellent service, the shuttle bus we used (28 person) was clean and in good shape. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend!

We hired Limousines Inc for a prom. The company was very professional when booking and setting itinerary. The driver was nice and the kids said he was fun. The reason for the 3 stars is I coordinated the car for 10 high school students, each parent paying for their child. The limo had two chunks of paint missing on the one side (happened to be the side the kids got into) and the silver trim around the windows was very faded - there was also some damage to the trim around the side of the window (see pics). The car looked really beat up. The kids said the inside was nice but for what we paid, I would have expected a car in better condition. At one point, I leaned against the car and apparently it was very dirty because my white pants were covered in dirt - I would have expected it to be detailed before a job. Had it been my wedding, I would have probably cried. In this case I was just terribly embarrassed. Based on the website and business cards I was given by the driver, it appears the fleet is in good shape. This car did not represent that at all - it should probably be removed from the fleet or have major bodywork done before renting it out again.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner Matt is HORRIBLE!

On our wedding day he sent a car out that had peeling tint, missing speaker covers, no AC, passenger door jamming, no bluetooth connect and no AUX cord available. When we contacted Matt with the concerns of the cosmetics of the vehicle he stated there was NOTHING he could do!

My wife disputed the charged on our credit card statement and Matt did not even bother to contact us to resolve the issue. When my wife called him for the second time he still did not offer any gestures instead he boosted and bragged our dispute would be denied.

Matt does bad business, all he wants is the money and does not care of the quality of service his company provides.

Reserved a coach bus for our daughter's wedding. Elissa called us several days before the wedding to verify details and confirm locations and times. Exceeded expectations!

Elissa from Limousines, Inc. was incredible to work with. She answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. She never left an email unanswered for more than a few hours. This company had everything we needed: Limo for Bridal Party, Guest shuttle, & a Get away car for me and my husband at the end of the night. I was the photographer on yesterday s DC wedding and wanted to leave a review for our limo service and our driver . Darrell was literally the best limo driver I ve ever had and I ve had many w my job as a DC photographer . He poured fresh ice waters for us between shoot locations, he had a cocktail for the bride. He was polite and had a wonderful smile. Amazing job Derrell they are lucky to have such a great employee

Everyone at Limousines, Inc is fantastic, but I must say that Greg specifically is AMAZING. Greg was timely, kind, helpful, professional and friendly; he went above and beyond for myself and our client. I couldn t have asked for a better driver and overall experience.

I rented their 20-person party bus for my birthday to do a winery tour in NoVa. It was absolutely great, Elissa was very thorough explaining my booking and the prices, and Greg (the driver) arrived early, was very thoughtful and flexible. I would definitely use again and definitely recommend. Great price for the wonderful service.

Fantastic experience with Limousines, Inc! We rented a party bus for a bachelorette night in D.C. The driver was so friendly and very easy to communicate with throughout the night. He was right outside within minutes of us letting him know we were ready to go to the next spot. Fair price compared to other quotes I received.

Due to Covid we had to severely down size our wedding and cancel the day and the limo. contractually they could have kept all our deposit. Showing class they are going to give us a refund. Ellisa was gracious with our cancellation.

I would ve loved to give a 5 star review, but after both Matt and Elissa were rude to me after I voiced a complaint, I will be leaving 1 star.

My night started off well. My driver Greg was maybe 10 mins late but he called and told me he was at the exit so I was totally fine with that. Greg was very nice and helpful the entire night so I will say 5 Stars to Greg!

This is where things took a turn. Some of my guests met me at the restaurant and couldn t ride the bus with us to the dinner, so I told Greg he could just pull around to the parking lot for 30 mins and we would have a party there until we had to leave to be back home by 9:00. Well about 10 mins into being on the bus the radio dies and the bus goes dark. The battery on the bus had died! Well me and my friends being us, decided to make the best of it and still play some games and have cupcakes until another bus came to get us. We waited for an hour. Mind you it was dark, we had no heat, and no radio. But we still found things to do to entertain us. An hour later another bus came to pick us up with another really nice driver.

My whole issue with the way things went were first, the fact that the bus broke down and we didn t get to fully enjoy the last hour of my reservation. And secondly that both Elissa and Matt were very rude and unprofessional when addressing my complaint. As a paying unsatisfied customer my needs should come first. As it states on the website under Matt s bio Matt personally oversees the operation and maintenance of each vehicle and makes sure that each client is satisfied. So as a business owner, you have failed your client.
All Matt wanted to say was Well buses are mechanical and they do break down. I let him know that was not my problem in which he goes on to say It is your problem!
Please explain to me how your bus breaking down on my party is my problem, and why I should have to live with it because buses are mechanical . He even went on to say because the driver said we were playing Charades on the bus, that I basically didn t have a reason to complain. Unbelievable

Not once did Elissa nor Matt apologize to me for the inconvenience. All I asked for in return was for my hour to be refunded. I feel that is fair because I did not get my full amenities for my last hour of my reservation. But unfortunately Matt told me he would not refund my hour because he said I would probably still write a bad review because I know how social media works. After going back and forth with him which I should not have had to do, Matt offers me an hour free. Meaning I d have to spend more money with this company. No thank you. This situation could have been avoided with an apology and my hour refunded. But unfortunately I am writing this 1 star review.

Beware of this company, they are very nasty to you if you have a complaint, and they try to throw their employees under the bus. Very unprofessional, and I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

We had a very good experience. Elissa was very helpful and courteous setting up our appointment. Our driver Daryll, arrived on time (ahead of time) and was very professional. Despite the teens having a little trouble with the bluetooth during the last 30 minutes, my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration was very enjoyable! We would recommend them.

Limousines, Inc. deserves the high ratings it gets. As many reviewers will attest to, Elissa was a delight. Fantastic customer service. Even if I emailed them outside of business hours, Elissa would respond quickly assuring me that she saw my message and would take care of things asap.

Great prices for what they offer, and while they do recommend certain sizes (so you re not sitting shoulder to shoulder) they didn t try to forcedly up-sell me like some places might.

I booked a VA wine-tour for a group of friends, and as you can expect, some people drop out and destinations change, but both Elissa and our driver (James) didn t miss a beat even when I changed a destination the day before our trip. What was even more surprising was that I booked only about a week in advance, and our trip date turned out to be Prom night for the local high-schools, and yet we still had no trouble getting a great vehicle.

James showed up right on time and helped show me around the ride. It was clean and stocked with water and ice (good to hydrate on a long day drinking in the sun) and had plenty of room for my group. He was a great driver, made things very smooth so much so you almost forget you re in the back of a limo driving down the highway.

Overall a great experience and great prices. I d definitely book them again.

I am rating Limos Inc highly b/c of the incredible level of service that Elissa provided throughout. She was attentive by email and phone, she listened to my needs and helped figured out the best, budget friendly option, to meet our needs for a limo and shuttle service.

We had some issues with the day of limo service, but probably nothing unexpected for a normal wedding day. Elissa was available the day of to help us out with the issue and her, and the owner, followed up with us directly to resolve our outstanding issues.

This is a great company that will provide excellent customer service. My only hesitation is to make sure ahead of time that your driver really knows where they are going - which probably could be said for any company.

I would NOT recommend this company. Owner handled a complicated situation by yelling at the customer & questioning their integrity! It was obvious he'd been drinking, didn't have his facts straight and should've had a SOBER manager on call. OVERPRICED - I would not recommend this business or any other owned by this person. Can't post without posting one star - but this was meant to be posted without any stars.

I had an AMAZING experience with Limousines, Inc. I booked a Mercedes Sprinter for my Wedding in January 2020 a few weeks before the event and Elissa Hobbs was so accommodating. The driver picked us up and dropped us off on time, walked me to the van under an umbrella in my wedding dress (it was pouring) and played the music we requested! 10/10 recommend if you want an easy and fun experience. The sprinter was super nice with the lights and music, very clean and communicating with Elissa was effortless. I cannot sing their praises enough. Also, Limousines Inc, beat the price I was quoted from other limo companies in my area!

Our group rented two minibuses for the day, and it could not have gone better. The minibuses were clean and in good repair, but the best part of the experience was working with the two very professional drivers, Martin and Lauritha. Thank you!
