I would ve loved to give a 5 star review, but after both Matt and Elissa were rude to me after I voiced a complaint, I will be leaving 1 star.

My night started off well. My driver Greg was maybe 10 mins late but he called and told me he was at the exit so I was totally fine with that. Greg was very nice and helpful the entire night so I will say 5 Stars to Greg!

This is where things took a turn. Some of my guests met me at the restaurant and couldn t ride the bus with us to the dinner, so I told Greg he could just pull around to the parking lot for 30 mins and we would have a party there until we had to leave to be back home by 9:00. Well about 10 mins into being on the bus the radio dies and the bus goes dark. The battery on the bus had died! Well me and my friends being us, decided to make the best of it and still play some games and have cupcakes until another bus came to get us. We waited for an hour. Mind you it was dark, we had no heat, and no radio. But we still found things to do to entertain us. An hour later another bus came to pick us up with another really nice driver.

My whole issue with the way things went were first, the fact that the bus broke down and we didn t get to fully enjoy the last hour of my reservation. And secondly that both Elissa and Matt were very rude and unprofessional when addressing my complaint. As a paying unsatisfied customer my needs should come first. As it states on the website under Matt s bio Matt personally oversees the operation and maintenance of each vehicle and makes sure that each client is satisfied. So as a business owner, you have failed your client.
All Matt wanted to say was Well buses are mechanical and they do break down. I let him know that was not my problem in which he goes on to say It is your problem!
Please explain to me how your bus breaking down on my party is my problem, and why I should have to live with it because buses are mechanical . He even went on to say because the driver said we were playing Charades on the bus, that I basically didn t have a reason to complain. Unbelievable

Not once did Elissa nor Matt apologize to me for the inconvenience. All I asked for in return was for my hour to be refunded. I feel that is fair because I did not get my full amenities for my last hour of my reservation. But unfortunately Matt told me he would not refund my hour because he said I would probably still write a bad review because I know how social media works. After going back and forth with him which I should not have had to do, Matt offers me an hour free. Meaning I d have to spend more money with this company. No thank you. This situation could have been avoided with an apology and my hour refunded. But unfortunately I am writing this 1 star review.

Beware of this company, they are very nasty to you if you have a complaint, and they try to throw their employees under the bus. Very unprofessional, and I will not be recommending their services to anyone.
