A couple of months ago, Kyle came to my home to work on my AC. It is an older unit and needed a cleaning and recharge. He was so very nice and professional, explained what he was doing and what he could not do for this unit. It has worked better than it has in years I looked at it the other day and the cleaning he gave the outside looks so good. I had some work done the year before by another company and because the refrigerant used for the older units may not be available in the future, all they would do for me was tell me I needed a new unit. Kyle made sure to tell me he would come back next year and if it was leaking he would take care of that. Thank you All Valley and especially Kyle, you are an asset to the company.

I highly recommend these folks. I called them out on an emergency in sub zero temps and the response was immediate. Ended up having to replace my system. We have had a few issues lately with our heating system and would like to recommend All Valley Heating and Cooling. Wes is a hands on manager and took care of our issue professionally and promptly.
They hired my husband and right before his 90 day evaluation was fired for "supposedly stealing " and truth be told,they were in awe of his knowledge and felt threatened.
Greg came by first thing in the morning, right on time. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a great education on how my furnace works, the best way to keep it running efficiently and how to read the error codes which we may encounter in the future. In less than one hour, we had heat in our home again after two years of using space heaters out of fear that a furnace repair would cost an arm and a leg. THANK YOU ALL VALLEY!
