Room was very nice but i am sorry.but it is wrong when u rip off family on the price of ir drinks over 4.00 for a drink not right disney corporation should be ashamed for doing this to hard working families
It was a great time the people there do whatever they can to make your stay a good one.. there is a service that takes you to and from the airport as well as busses that go to all the parks and other hotels. I had an awesome time and I'm definitely going back again
It's not a bad hotel nice and clean. The price point is good if you use it for the magic hours (more time you get at the parks for staying in a Disney hotel) make sure you book your trip to the parks on the days they have the magic hours. If you don't care about magic hours or they don't work for you. You can find better hotels in Orlando for the same price or even much cheaper hotels. If you get a ride to down town Disney. (Disney springs now) You can get a bus to any Disney hotel. And then a bus to any park from there. So you don't have to pay for parking at the parks.
Front desk staff was exceptional. Would stay there anytime.
Great customer service, clean rooms, clean pool and the environment is quiet and has been amazing for our family of three.
I really have enjoyed my stay here. The pool is nice, the food is delicious. I love seeing Goofy wander around and greet everyone. It would be nice if there was an additional ping pong table so that more people can play along.

Nice hotel, you do not enjoy much because you spend a lot of time in the parks, but it has a nice pool and a nice atmosphere. The bad thing is the food service, nothing practical and complicated.
Great place but typical of Disney. That is way overpriced. People with families can't afford to vist.
It has a greater variety of meals than the other AllStar Resort, very good.
One of Disney's cheaper hotels. The rooms are in a motel like format with a great pool area. I'd recommend it if you are looking to stay at Disney, on site, relatively cheaply.

Lana at the front desk helped us so much. He is so nice, professional, friendly and REALLY cares about your visit. He explained everything and helped us manuever our visit to get the very best out of our stay. I cannot thank him enough for helping us. Joe the manager was walking around making sure everyone was happy (even giving out cookies) so I guess it starts with a great team and a great manager. I loved this visit. Mr. Disney would be so proud of this staff here - exceptional.
Nice Disney hotel, rooms are small although you're not in them much. Bus service timely. Staff very helpful, friendly, informative. Priced right.
I was very disappointed in Disney accommodations. The hotel room is very small and dated. There is no coffee pot, you must walk or drive to the main building where there is a food court. Expect to pay $3.50 and upwards for coffee or drinks. Even the vending machines at the hotel are $3.50 for a coke, or even bottled water. The pool is open from 9am to 10pm. Also disappointing after a day of Disney, getting back to the hotel late, and hoping to get in a swim before our flight at 11am the next morning. Granted, they have room service and food plans, but this basically adds an additional arm or leg cost to the already extravagant cost of flight and hotel for the average family of 4. You would think they could offer some continental breakfast and coffee. Its Disney for God's sake! On a positive note, their employees are always very pleasant and do what they can to be helpful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Next time, I will stay at a "real" hotel instead of a dorm room, and enjoy their amenities, and also have a meal before entering "the happiest place on earth."
Be cognizant of where you turn into. There are 3 resorts once you get on property all starting with All-star _____ Resort. We were escorted in after asking for directions by a nice maintenance worker on a golf cart to the wrong resort. Not noticing that mistake we got in line for check-in. Once through the 45 minute plus line we proceed to check-in. She updated the phone number, swiped our credit card processed our tickets for Magic Kingdom then went to get our wrist bands.. She comes back looks through the computer then tells us we're at the wrong resort. We were in front of her for 10 minutes before she realized this. When we made it to our correct resort (one more turn up) a bus had arrived for the next wave of check in's. An hour later we were on the bus to Disney. Be aware mom's and dad's, the excitement of being at Disney may make you miss a turn!
Amazing place to stay while on vacation! All staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. Awesome pools and good food. Easy to get around the resort.

The room is quite simple, especially if you compare with other hotels in orlando that cost less than half. There is no hair dryer or microwave in the room but it is well cleaned. Check in attentive, disney standard of care. The best part of staying here is to enjoy the benefits of Disney's lodging, the extra magic hour and the fastpass 60 days in advance. The food court is very crowded and not very cheap.
Rooms was nice cleaned everyday. Hotel staff was all friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and food great. Ace hotel to stay in.

The people at the front desk are amazing! Anna was fantastic with helping us change reservations around due to the hurricane. The food was very good with lots of choices at each meal. We had a great time staying here and I would recommend All Star Music to everyone I know.
The front desk workers are unfriendly, this should reflect on the managers who don't interact at all. Two parts I didnt enjoy, animal kingdom and these front desk workers.

Customer service started off good, until it took them two days to bring fresh towels, had to call twice to remind them. Room was outdated and gross. Very uncomfortable bed. Only positive was that only a fraction of our time in Disney was spent at the hotel room.
Requested a room near the buses, but instead was given a room in the building literally farthest from them.
Only thing was out room is way in the back of the complex. Is a long walk to get to the buses. Rooms need microwave and coffee pots.

For those who eat gluten free or dairy free they prepare their dishes very good.
You need closed places to talk when it is very cold especially for older people.

It's a great place to stay on Disney property while trying to be budget conscious. The hotel definitely shows it's age but is kept up well by the work of the hotel staff. Even though the facade and sleeping arrangements are nice the in room bathroom and vanity are in despite need of an update.
Excellent. It is not a luxury hotel, but it seems one. Very good attention, information, service, meals, pools, bus schedules, etc, everything works perfect. My best vacations!
The rooms are very simple, however the hotel does not miss the quality of the services nor the cleanliness of "standard Disney". Currently they have a program that by giving up the daily cleaning service, you get Disney gift cards to use as you wish, it's worth asking!
Stayed here for a week in November. Just base to get to the parks. The room had two queen beds. I like the dressing area in addition to the bathroom - makes it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. The pool areas are great and always has lifeguard on during open times. We were in a building quite far from the main building so it was a bit of a hike to the room each morning and night however we got great rates so can't complain. The food court area had lots of food options. The main reason we stayed here is because the shuttle service to the parks are always so regular. Checking in was super efficient and front desk girl was super helpful with our car rental questions.
Our stays at the All -Stars--Sports was very nice, secure and the meals at the dining facility were very enjoyable. Thanks for the excellent treatment we received while at Disney World.
I love staying at All Star Music in Disney! Makes it easy to get around to all of the parks. Room and service was over the top.
The rooms are pretty basic and it is a pain to get to the main building from the far buildings in the resort. The dining hall is very good.
A wonderful hotel. The best accomodations i ever stayed at. I always loved the disney resorts and this is no exception!
A little dated, but clean and honestly we spent very little time in the room. Wish it had a coffee maker. It served its purpose and the having the transportation to the parks made it 100% worth staying on property
In general, it's fine. The rooms and the hotel in general like at least a decade ago: guys, without renewal. The gardens very well maintained. The food menu does not vary but it has diversity. They are always hypercomplete and there are many people but the common use rooms (video games, laundry, pools) can be used without problems and comfortably.
The attention is friendly but confusing in general the system of meals, housekeeping, etc. It has good frequency of buses to parking. The parking for cars always full and for some reason did not enable more seats.
Lots of great spawns for Pokemon Go. Frequent Bus service is great for going to the parks. You're never waiting long.
When arriving to the room -there were guests already there! Someone messed up the checking in and out times and when the door opened, people were asleep in the bed! Went to front desk, they apologized and quickly changed the room. Later that night though, the wristband didn't work to open the door to the new room. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by and open it. Again, they apologized. So, the service was super kind, but pretty disorganized. Pretty hotel, great amenities, wonderful (but expensive) cafeteria with knowledgeable staff, very clean, and frequent busses directly to the parks. Very child-friendly. Great for families, but I'd recommend elsewhere if you're on a romantic weekend. There were some pretty big hiccups with room issues, but it didnt seem like something that happened often. So all in all, I'd probably stay again.
A good value family option for staying at Disney World. Didn't like having to share the Disney Transportation system with the other All Star resorts, but the staff is fantastic, we were able to get into our rooms a bit early and they were clean and comfy.
The food is decent, staff are friendly and my room is clean and we're given fresh and clean towels and new soap daily. Doesn't sound like a lot but they've got the basics down to a t.
Disney is always the best! Remodeled room is great!

For a disney resort, this place is cheap and convenient. The cafeterias on in the area are not very good (and very expensive for what you get) but the hotel rooms are clean and perfect for a family vacation on a budget.
Very beautiful, it is a place of dreams come true, it is wonderful, I recommend it to go with the family, but bringing babies is not recommended due to the great heat they feel and they cry a lot, they get annoyed by the heat, but take children from 5 and up who can already endure plus high temperatures

Good arrive, lacking in amenities. No microwaves in rooms, old. Still works.
In the value priced bucket of Disney resorts, the theming will delight children. Each set of buildings is themed to a different genre of music. Includes an arcade, food court, gift shop, and guitar shaped pool.
Low end Disney. A bit worn. Food over priced but good quality. Buses tend to be slow and spotty. Staff is exceptionally good as is the norm at Disney.
Clogged bathtubs, air conditioning unable to keep up with the Florida heat, overcrowded pool that was also way to warm. I Spoke with management and was met with attitude I'm not accustomed to at Disney. Won't be back for a while if ever. Maybe someday...?
Great hotel, especially for being on Disney property and the price.
A very good value resort. I hate that there's no jacuzzi and that everything is so spread out. If you plan on just having a place to sleep after a day in the parks this works great. If relaxation is a goal go with a moderate or deluxe resort! Food heres decent too.

Nice place. Great service. The room is showing it's age and we had a bit of a problem with the A/C. I called the front desk and there was a maintenance man knocking on the door first thing in the morning.
We were a group of six and we all slept well.
The cafeteria has a variety of food to offer, all good simple fair.
In the gift shop they also sell the basics for snacking : ham, cheese, bread etc.
I liked it. I woould go back.
Florida resident and I got the rooms on a special.
We reserved a family suite. 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Really nice to have that second bathroom. There were 5 of us but it didn't feel crowded. Small kitchenette came in handy in the a.m. and for snacks and drinks. Could have used more outlets for cell phones and computers. Maids came every day and we always asked for more towels. It was clean and tidy when we came back in. I would stay in this hotel again.
Our room is a bit far from the front but our room was nice! They were even so sweet when we realized that we booked a room with 2 beds. They quickly were able to change us to a room with one! They were so accommodating and worth the stay!
We have already come on several occasions, the treatment of the people is very special, they are very respectful and very friendly at all times, we will definitely keep coming every year.

We stayed for the Disney princess run. Our room wasn't ready when we got there so we were given another room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.
