Great older DisResort with all typical Disney amenities. Stick to the front of the resort or walk forever to catch a bus.

This was the perfect affordable Disney Property resort for a family with young kids.

Good resort for the money to stay on Disney property

The hotel was clean and the employees were very kind and polite. The location is near most of the parks so it's easy and fast to take the shuttles. The decoration could be redone since it's a bit dated but overall the place looks great.

It's pretty basic as far as any resort would go, but guest services are extremely friendly and always there to help. As long as you understand that it's really just a place to stay until you get to disney it's great.

It have 2 pool and a food court and store and a arcade and If you have fastpass and you can get free food but you have to be on the dinner plan

Great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Transport to and from all parks. Rooms were very clean and affordable

Exactly what I expected for the price and everyone is friendly!

Good accomidations. Cafeteria always busy with large sports or tour groups shoving their way past you to get drinks.

Movie Building 9 and 10 are beautiful, they are my favorites.

A well kept facility which supported my entire band program (extremely large student body) with no trouble at all. We had fun playing games in the common area, the pool was nice, and the beds felt as good as home!

Nice rooms for the price, affordable dining, family friendly accommodation. All day drinks (Hot/Cold) are available for a single price which is nice.

We rented a suite at all star music. It was perfect for our needs. The furnishings are a little more basic, but the room was very clean and in good shape. Pool and restaurant was nice too. I would do it again.

Cookie cutter economy hotels but Disney adds their iconic feel and makes the visit seem special. The cafeteria food is surprisingly good, making the quick meal plan worthwhile. Great bus transportation between the hotel and all of the Disney properties makes traveling even with large families a non issue. If you are looking for a less expensive way to stay on property with your family look into the packages. We got two park hopper tickets with two days at water parks plus room and all meals for a surprisingly decent price.

The hotel is great we had a wonderful time we took her little 2 year old and she had a wonderful time this was not our first time but I will have to say Disney is doing too much Construction so the magic was not there everywhere you looked there was Construction I'm sorry Disney but I have taken better vacations don't go back until they're done that's just my opinion if you like the magic

The outside is pretty aesthetically pleasing. The rooms have a basic motel look to them, but are plenty enough since you won't be in them very much. Food delivery is efficient but expensive.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean but in need of updating. The pools were great and had a lot of activities for kids. Parking was awful! The parking lot was sooooo far from our room. Our daughter is disabled, walking long distances is a challenge for her. We made it work but it would have been nice to be closer to the cafe, pools, gift shop, arcade, and the parking lot. We stayed at other Disney resorts that seemed better laid-out.

Nicest of the all star resorts pool and grounds were nice for budget level

We were there picking our daughter up from a weekend trip with her schools band. I did stop in the cafe to see about breakfast. It was disappointing that they do not offer a buffet since they charge a lot of money for the regular breakfast food. I did not buy breakfast there.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Have stayed at all of the All-Star resorts and have never had any issues!

The size of the suite is smaller than I expected for the price which is the only negative thing I can think of. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. From arriving at the airport to boarding our plane home, we were taken care of and given the help we needed with little to no wait.

I was impressed with the number of food options. The prices are a bit high but the portion sizes make up for the price. All the food tasted good and the service was quick.

Both pools are heated and well maintained with sufficient number of lifeguards who are diligent in doing their job.

Great experience, polite staff and clean. Will be returning soon!

Great way to stay on grounds that wont break the bank.

As one of Disney's economy hotels, this is a nice place. The rooms are comfortable and the resort is clean and entertaining. It is always a benefit to "stay on property" during a Disney vacation to get all the hotel guest benefits. This is a nice place for a reasonable price.

Clean rooms, small but nice. Vest rates of any Disney resort. If they start charging for parking like they say, I probably will not be going back. I already pay for a room paying for parking is just getting greedy.

Problems with the concierge claiming that ticket activation could be done in-hotel (this held us up at the park the next day) and claiming that our housekeeping had been cancelled for a 30 dollar credit (it had, in fact, not been cancelled). Both complaints were rectified when brought to management. Serviceable otherwise.

We stayed at the Country music section. My 2 yr old loved the boots and musical instruments. He really likes music so we were excited to stay there. Good experience checking in and our room was nice and clean. We will definitely be staying there again.

Took forever to get towels, any time we had question about anything we waited o in line forever..the room are our dated.

All in all good, but the place could use an update and a good sweep, few too many spider webs.

Absolutely loved this resort. It was clean and well maintained. While it's retro (literally) it's also tastefully well kept. We didn't feel like we were staying in an old hotel. The staff was very helpful and cleaned our rooms daily. We were also given quiet rooms. While the pool sections can get a bit loud the back buildings with wooded views are quiet. Everything in our building looked clean and well kept. We loved the option to visit all the resorts as well. And also loved being able to leave the car and bus to the parks. The Disney store in the resort is also very nice and had a good selection. The food on the other hand was so so. It's worth the effort to just go eat at a restaurant for the money spent on the food at the resort and it will taste better as well. The resort and our rooms definatly get 5 stars we were very happy and didn't want to leave.

The Disney All Star resorts are excellent low cost resorts. You get most of the amenities that you would find in some of the pricier resorts but on a MUCH smaller scale. It is a very family friendly, clean, well maintained resort with two pools. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. They even provide rain or snow entertainment for kids & their adults. It's great for the money!

Great food, great customer service all workers were extremely nice and knowledgeable. We had an amazing stay.

It is just what you need when you go to Disney, you will not spend much time in the hotel so you do not need more luxuries. And you can take advantage of staying inside walt disney world

love disney and it's affordable although my location is a little bit of a distance from the lobby it's a fair resort

Cast members are friendly, room was nice but had some minor flaws, nothing is free including coffee, food is good and selection was great!

I book the hotel over 10 months in advance and they put my boyfriend's mother who is disabled extremely far from the lobby. They also put us as neighbors which we requested not to happen. Nothing was done to fix her room location. However they moved myself and the boyfriend to a room the furthest out near the country music section.

The person who checked us in was a little rude during the small talk and I did not appreciate that for the start of my birthday vacation.

My room wasn't ready when we arrived. I received notification that our room was ready a few hours later. When we went in the room it appeared clean. I went to the bathroom only to find the toilet seat with dried out urine drops around the seat. My room was never booked correctly, my bands weren't set, my dining plan was screwed up, I couldn't use my fast passes. We ordered breakfast that took over 30 mins to receive only to cut into a Mickey waffle that was raw inside. The batter seeped out like a Lava cake. I never received my Magical Express vouchers. And almost got left because "I was an add on". These are some of many mistakes and mishaps during my stay. Not happy. I will be staying out side the park next year.

A value resort on Disney property is a great deal, doesn't necessarily have all the comforts of home but in my experience I was rarely in the room except to sleep and it more than kept up with my family's needs. All the staff I interacted with made the value aspect of the resort even more enjoyable, landscaping crew even helped my son carry his luggage to the car. Overall a great experience, one warning buses can get quite crowded at the end of the night, they do attempt to have the longer buses in circulation but some folks will be standing. Gents give your sits up to women and elderly, I get it we're all tired but a women holding an exhausted child should not be standing. A Grandpa with a cane having difficulty keeping balance should not be standing, be considerate.
