I stay in room 318. Initially, when my room was not ready, I was helped by Ms. Kinanti, she made sure that the room would be ready as soon as possible, and I explained it in detail, and was offered by Ms. Kinanti to wait a while at her restaurant. I am very happy to stay at this hotel, the service is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, and moreover it is very safe especially during this pandemic, all follow health protocols. stay safe !!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, service is also okay. Eating sahur is available from JM STG 2 AM

One of the last all seasons hotel in Indonesia.
This property is about 5 years old and it is maintained very well although you can see the expected wear and tear.
The team delivers the expected level of service.
However, there was a major issue when they failed to provide the room in the agreed time. I have given my feedback to the team and I would expect them to improve.
Breakfast is nice. Croissant is the first thing I assess whenever I stay at any Accor property and this property served it well. Kudos!
Overall I had a good experience in this property.
I will stay here again next time I visit Jakarta.
Hoping they will hold the Ibis badge then.

for the restaurant ... the menu is okay ... just an old service

Just a normal room, but because the breakfast can be a good roof top view ... okay

Very comfy hotel room, and very strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. Breakfast is great in skyloft restaurant which is located in the top floor of the hotel with a great view.

Located near all public transportation (Airport train, MRT, urban train, busses, and located in the heart of bustling Jakarta City. Nice.

The hotel is strategically located near Sudirman-Thamrin offices and very close to the "BNI City" Airport Railway Station ... Friendly hotel staff include Imelda and Novi (receptionist), and Anton (Skyloft restaurant).

Second time staying at All Sasion Thamrin. Now the location is more stable, close to Dukuh Atas BNI MRT station. So the more spirit * jelong2 * in Jakarta.
The staff are still friendly especially the Security Pak
The breakfast is complete ... I like fruit then I add honey on it ... delicious.
1 that still wants to be complained ... toilets if you can call it a hand shower ... so that we won't be troubled ...

Even though the room is small and the fridge doesn't work but I really like the view of my room ...

A rather modest hotel with that price, but it's in great location, and 1 minute walk only from Sudirman train station. the breakfast quite good. Very friendly staff, rather noisy as it seems a popular family hotel (lots of noisy kids around).

Gym facilities aren t good at all. You can t use treadmill for more than 10 mins. Needs urgent replacement. Breakfast choices are very limited. Cooling power of ACs is very slow. Drains in washbasins and bathrooms stink.

The hotel actually very nice, and the fact that there building located in the heart of Jakarta, it is very reasonable to pay extra price for staying. My dissatisfaction was from the service. Starting from moody receptionist to handle local visitors, unhelpful service on luggage and concierge, up until the room cleaning service. Having the whole experience, I would suggest to choose another hotel, which a lot in the area. Cheaper but offer better service.

Skyloft is cool .. You can enjoy your meal while seeing the atmosphere of Sudirman and Thamrin as well as the Dukuh Atas stop with the traffic jam.

Clean, the service is ok, the room is really small but it's ok because it's comfortable, close to the mall, close to the MRT station, Sunday morning can wash your eyes with the streets & shop at CFDs

I like the location ... Very trendy and fashionable and close to public transportation, a big mall in the middle of downtown Jakarta

The restaurant is comfortable, clean ... the service is good, the food is delicious and bouncy, bro! Anyway, be satisfied to eat there ... really recommended for gathering with the closest people or office events.

The location is very strategic, in front of the MRT station, next to the KRR station, in the city center as well. Only very minimalist rooms should have been ibis class
