Comfortable room ... top dining place on the top floor

Slow and intermittent WiFi, but overall good hotel

In order to give more attention to MICE services.
Toilet paper near the meeting room is not always available, several times no tissue is found.
The place for the public prayer is far enough away for ablution so the risk is watery and slippery.
Coffee for meetings is also not always available, it does not match the number of participants or the number of pax.

The hotel is just reach to its standard of 3.5 star. Anything is fine, friendly staff and good location nearby the big shopping malls.

Cozy and makes it hard to wake up. The mattress is designed to comfort the occupants sleep. If there is no activity, 24 hours of sleep can continue in his room. Ha ha. But in the lobby there are many mosquitoes.

It's good to wake up early, the breakfast is delicious and the view is okay. There are many choices of food, all delicious. If my stomach is big, it doesn't stop eating from opening to closing. In addition, if you want to go home, access to airport trains is enough on foot.

We booked a rooftop venue at your place Yesterday for company event, we paid to your hotel for closed for public....but I don't know why yesterday your employee still allowed public people enter to our event. When I said to ur employee.. She said because the guest are your priority guest, please be profesional. I really dissapointed with your service.

Very friendly and very nice service. We are served from start to finish. If you have an accor member gold, your room can be upgraded to a junior suite. So it's pretty bad, but unfortunately the bed isn't too big, so it's rather narrow for the size of a junior suite

Strategis utk yg dr dan mau ke bandara, walking distance to Stasiun Sudirman Baru (airport railink). The room is neat and clean, but bathroom is very small. Breaksfast is fine, the rooftop restaurant has a very pleasant view of jakarta skyline.

I ordered an two hour spa. Given this was supposed to be a four star hotel, I was expecting a nice professional massage. Instead it got a terrible street level massage where the woman just wanted me to do extra happy ending service. To add insults to injury, it turned the cost actually 20% higher than advertised (in small letters)!

Hotel is very centrally located and with the train station right around the corner you have the perfect connection to the airport. Our room was on the 12th floor and the view was breathtaking. The hotel's own Skybar is also a real highlight, but it can probably also be booked for private events and is at short notice for the hotel guests no longer accessible.

A middle class hotel that is strategic near the BNI city station. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, free gym and free breakfast. Even though the price is higher than the surrounding hotels ... but ok ...

I love their skyloft, the ambience and the view is amazing. it s a good place to chill and the price is quite a good deal too. they helped me to arranged for a bday surprise too, thanks team!!

The place is very central in the city. Deket is everywhere. Transportation access is also okay. The rooms are really minimalist. The hotel standard is yes. The breakfast was a great choice and pretty good. The restaurant on the rooftop is fun. Breakfast can be used while using vitamin D in the smoking area. The only minus is that the officers are not friendly enough.

I had a pleasant time during my stay, the service was very good, they charged IDR 100k for card deposit tho but allow me to had early check-in (around at 1 PM). My room at the highest floor (12 floor) with city view which is very nice, the room very comfy and they give bolsters! love it ^^. I had dinner at the Skyloft, with amazing view and ambience. First, I tried to order Skyloft pasta speciality package and lyche tea but they didn't have it, and then changed with Nasi Goreng Skyloft and skyloft ice tea, it tasted quite good. And in the end, take some pics that was taken by friendly staff Mas Rofiq. Will definely get back soon!

The room is comfortable. On the 1st stay, staying at 11th fl as per my request for high floor preference.
2nd stay, same request but got 5th fl, lucky that the room is comfy and quiet.

Staff, especially the security is very helpful.

Breakfast - the place is understaffed while the place is packed and it was 7.30am. No food and no table.
Hopefully in the future they can improve their service

Recommended hotel for bussiness agenda or traveller

The location is strategic ... in the middle of the city and close to the Sudirman station ... no worries that the traffic jam is due to the choice of train mode ... the rooms are very comfortable ... clean ... big beds and bolsters ... other pluses ... rooftop restaurant and bar are special for see the city view in the morning and evening

All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin is indeed a very strategic hotel located not far from the Jakarta HI Roundabout. If you want to try the Free Day Jakarta car, you can stay in this hotel because the road to Thamrin Jakarta only takes about 5 minutes by foot. The hotel has a Cafe and Breakfast on Roof Top so that in the morning you can enjoy the beauty of Jakarta while enjoying breakfast too.

There is an ac room not cold, staying 4 days the bath soap is not refilled when there is room cleaning. a voice from above was heard

Comfortable budget hotel. Friendly Hotel Staff. It's just that the gym facilities are minimal.
