Lying dirtbag scammers. They fish for info to find out a name for point of contact so they sound legit. Then when you call them out on being scammers they act like they have no idea what you're talking about. How is this place still in business they are shady thieves!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company called my work asking for my manager, who happened to be out. When I asked for info for him to call them back, the person claimed to be leaving. Thank god I looked them up. I called back, asked if the address was the one listed on here. When they confirmed it, I informed them we knew they were a scam, and to remove our information from their call list. I'll make sure to let everyone at work know not to give them any info.

They said the paper was recalled and they would send us a box at NO CHARGE. Then I received a bill in the mail for $256.92. That was $10.95 per roll and $30 for handling and $30 for shipping. We would NEVER authorize this. I didn t want to pay to send it back. They called and called and then threatened to send us to a collections agency. To avoid going to collections, I called to just pay it but the phone number is for a craft store in Connecticut. Their fax goes to a number in Colorado. Now I know 100% they are a total SCAM. I will not be giving them any money! I will be contacting the better business bureau next and get my lawyer on it after that. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

SCAMMERS!! They sent our company a bill for $499.85 for gloves we did not order. we called back to find out how the order was placed, they claimed to have no record of it so they "cancelled the order" (fake).
Scam - they used carefully worded questions when talking to an employee and sent thermal paper and charged 10 dollars a roll. Since box was open and one roll used wanted a 60 dollar restocking fee.
They called back to "confirm the order" which gets them off the hook. Be aware !!!
WHY MUST I GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR!!! Cold called asked for F&I asked if we had a printer and then mailed us ink for said printer that was not asked for. This place thinks their terms and conditions should be followed when they send product out that was not approved or asked for. Waiting on the recording to show that we didn't order the ink, but with a company like this i'm not hold my breath.
TOTAL SCAM!!!! Called and asked for Name on an employee, then sent BOGUS Invoice for products and are hoping Account Payable will send check because bill looks so official. TOTAL B.S. !! I am contacting Attorney Generals Office in CA.

Cold Called our office with one of the rudest persons I've ever talked to. I told them we were fine with supplies, they told me " I don't know what you fine about...." Told them never to call the office again. I guess their sales tactic is to bully their way into a purchase?

Do not accept anything from this business. They call businesses and lie that they are the suppliers of your credit machine. They overcharge for the items they ship you and then add a ton of "shipping and handling" on a package that wasn't packed or handled, just thrown in a box. SCAM ALERT!
Complete scammers. If I could rate them less than a whole star I would. In fact, I shouldn't even be rating them at all. I got a call saying that our current receipt paper causes cancer (seriously!?!!), and that they would be shipping us replacement paper. It came with a bill of over $300. BULLSHIT. The police in Compton need to shut this place down.
CHECK PHOTOS FOR PROOF. This business cold called me asking about a recall of veriphone thermal paper. Well a recall is a recall and the company would replace at defective product at NO CHARGE. Well, since my business does not use paper receipts anymore, we did not order nor authorize a shipment of the paper. I can get a pack of 10 rolls for $20 at staples so why would I pay $10.95 for a SINGLE ROLL? They also charged $29.95 for shipping a light 3lb box and $29.87 for HANDLING A 8"X6"X4" BOX. You're kidding me. So I called back saying they made a mistake, told me there is a recall and well a recall means it should be replaced for free. Well, wanted me to pay the invoice. Woman on the phone told me that she has an audio recording of the call saying I authorized it. Well I told them to pull it up, put me on hold for 5 mins, well guess what, she couldn't find it. CALL THEIR BLUFF. At last, they finally caved in told me to return the products but AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Finally they sent me a return postage they paid for. Before you even consider buying anything from them, better check amazon or your local stores. Claimed that they have been open for 30 years with no problems. NO WEBSITE TOO AFTER 30 YEARS
Same experience as all the other negatives. They fooled an employee into thinking they were our current supplier and convinced her to purchase $25 worth of credit card rolls for about $200. They recorded the phone call to cover themselves. It cost me $17 to ship it back, at least they had to incur the expense to ship it to me. Won t be surprised if they try to bill me the shipping charges which will not be paid.
This place cold called my hospital claiming that they supply thermal paper for one of our analyzers. They charged us over $400 for 18 rolls of paper. One of my unsuspecting employees answered the call and told them to send it because we were running low. THIS IS A SCAM! This happened 2 weeks ago so they are not closed!
I just got a call from them and scam scam scam..... 6.99 for a roll of paper that costs .33cents on amazon
yet another office supply scam company - call and asks for the name of the person they're talking to then use that as a "verbal" purchase order.
I used to work at this place. They gave us keyboards (no screen, no computer) so it would sound like we were typing information into the "system" I'm ashamed for ever working there, but desperate times called for desperate measures back then. A true scam if I ever saw one. Makes me hate telemarketers. Very deceitful business practices. I'm shocked they haven't been shut down!!!!
Cold called one of our locations, claiming they were the manufacturer of our receipt paper. Knew the manager's name, printer models, etc. Claimed they were switching the paper due to customer complaints. Sent us an invoice for 18 rolls of paper @ $10.95, plus shipping and handling. We normally pay our regular vendor $1.70 per roll, plus shipping and handling. I refuse to pay shipping to send it back; will not pay the bill unless someone puts a gun to my head.

0 stars. Don t fall for this scam. They ll send you an order, tell you it has a recall and to send it back, and send you an invoice that s WAY over priced. Then they ll call and call, being sneaky and unprofessional, to try and convince you to pay them. Even the BBB called them deceptive
They called our location then sent out paper without an order. This is a total scam. They are threatening collections because I refuse to do the work to send the items back. If they want it they can come and get it.

They sent us products that were never ordered, and then expected payment that was ludicrously overpriced or to pay to have them shipped back. They refused to send us a packing slip to send back product that was never even ordered. Then threatened to send collections after us. These people are complete scammers! Stay away from them!
I m confused on why this place is still in buisness they called my job still saying the same bs that there thermal paper is cancer free what a joke of a company ashamed that I used to work for them but whatever have some sense of morals
