I'm very disappointed with this company, frustrate...

I'm very disappointed with this company, frustrated and very angry. I switched from Dade Paper to them with the promise of better prices, but they forgot to tell me that they have limited inventory. More than once I have order napkins for the tables, grill cleaner, To Go containers and the answer from them....SORRY WE ARE OUT....maybe next week....how I am supposed to run a restaurant with no napkins on the table, because my supplier is out of stock for a week or two???? I have talked several times with my sales representative and I understand is not his fault, but if they are a paper supply company, they should have more supply. More than once I have to order from someone else because they are out of stock. They are a paper supply company, we are in the USA, is their business to supply other business with paper needs. HOW CAN THEY RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT PRODUCT TO SELL??? HOW THEY SPECT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY IF THEY CAN'T SUPPLY THEM WITH BASIC NEEDS???
