All Floors of Orlando Review

We live in Hunters Creek and my wife and I were carpet shopping. We visited several stores not liking their products or in some cases their sales staff. I wanted to quit for the day but my wife insisted we do a Google search and give it one last try. I'm glad we did because we drove over to All Floors and it was well worth the trip. We first me Jose who was very helpful and professional. We got to talking carpet and then had the pleasure of meeting LeRoy. Jose and LeRoy put together a fantastic deal on about 2000 sq ft of high end carpet for our bedrooms and living room . Giovanni and a different gentleman named Jose came out and installed the carpet over 2 days and did a very professional installation. They carefully moved all our furniture and what really impressed us was the way they cleaned up when they were done. They didn't leave one single carpet fuzzy behind. Even if you're not in the immediate area, do yourself a favor and go see these good people at All Floors. I highly recommend LeRoy and his team and have every intention of working with them again.

We bought carpet from All Floors 5 years ago. Immediately after the install we started having issues with the carpet. The piles would pull out all over not just at seams. All Floors worked very hard with us and for us and got the manufacturer to own up to the carpet being defective. It took 5 years of fighting with the manufacturer to get the claim settled. All Floors (LeRoy Clayton) was very diligent and determined to assist us to get the issue resolved. I am glad to say it paid off and the replacement carpet will be installed soon.

I had three companies come out and quote- and All Floors of Orlando had the best selection, the best installation costs and did NOT nickel and dime you for extras. They Went above and beyond. Also, they came when they said (started at 10:30am) and they were done and out by 4pm after completing the job. They did our master bedroom and closet. I was wowed by their work (Kyle and his crew were awesome.) Leroy (the owner) was amazing and he was the one who did my measure and estimate. We will be adding more floors to our house and it's nice to know I won't have to search far for who will do the best job....All Floors of Orlando. Thanks!

Great experience from showroom to installation. Installers were very attentive to details (carpet stretching, tacking strips, seams, stairs, etc.).

After shopping around, we decided to work with All Floors - and they did a fantastic job recarpeting an entire upstairs for our home. We loved working with them so much when we needed an entire shower replaced in our daughters home we knew exactly who to call.

Once again - All Floors delivered exceptional results! And wow what wonderful service! Beautiful results, excellent communication and fair prices. Altogether outstanding.

Let me first start off by saying I do not ever leave reviews but the service I received today was so exceptional I had to make an exception. Leroy and his staff were so helpful. After a long day of going from Home Improvement store to Home Improvement store, they made the end of my day so much better by finding exactly what I needed.

Leroy, Milton & co did a fantastic entire house floor remove and replace for us. Very happy with product and install job. Highly recommended!

Positives: the product I ordered is very nice and the employees other than the manager are also very nice and helpful

Negatives: The manager was not helpful at all, spoke very rudely, and clearly does not value customer service. I ordered a large amount of tile to redo the flooring in my home. I had a few unopened cases leftover after installation and asked if I could return them. First, the manager said the manufacturer probably has a 50% restocking fee so it wouldn t be worth it

How would it not be worth it if I would still get half of my money back?

Then the manager claimed she would call them to ask about a possible return and if there would be a restocking fee. She also claimed she would call me back with the answer. I never received a call, but that didn t surprise me.

I returned to the store a few days later to ask if she had called the manufacturer. She claimed she did and that they don t take returns.

I then went home and called the manufacturer myself to ask about their return policy. They said they take returns and the restocking fee is only 25%.

Basically, the manager of all floors of Orlando lied to me, was rude, and did not even attempt to help me with my return. Definitely wouldn t recommend this place if you expect to have any customer service after they take your payment.

Excellent!!! All the way round! From the very beginning to the finished product. 1200sq. feet of tile. The technician s removed carpet, existing tile and move furniture. The job is Absolutely Beautiful. The hand mosaic is unique and very exquisite. The tech s Ed and Francisco, we re very courteous, diligent and meticulous with their work. I got my staircase and Loft done with a beautiful Rosewood laminate and white risers. Looks fabulous!! Job was perfectly done as promised in two days. From start to finish was a pleasure to work with All Floors of Orlando' s crew. Milton was my assigned installer and his extraordinary craftsmanship, kindness and professionalism really exceeded my expectations. My parents just moved from up North to clermont FL. We had allfloors of Orlando install new hard wood floors on the second floor of the house and do some tile work on the bottom of the house. The work came out amazing !!! We love it !! Specially the hard wood Floor. Everything came out as we expected. We will definitely work with them in the future if needed. Thanks Leroy !!!

Our walkway is awesome! LeRoy and Sharon have done inside tiling and will do more when the time comes. We keep looking at our walkway because it's so different. Other residents have commented on it and I gave them All Floors info.

Exceptional customer service. LeRoy (sp?) and the team really helped us with a rush wood-floor repair job -- expediting the delivery of materials, and even working ON a holiday to help my husband and I meet a deadline. In addition, after consulting with three floor companies total, -- All Floors' superior business ethics were clear.

We can t say how thrilled we have been with our experience working with this local company. Miguel and his crew ripped up over 1000 sq.ft. or ceramic tile, gave us all the time we needed to complete construction of a modified floor plan, and layed the most beautiful wood-look tile I ve ever laid eyes on. Always punctual, always cordial, and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with the end product. 5 year installation warranty for peace of mind, but I m sure we won t need it! Every person we have been in contact with has been a pleasure to work with and if we ever need flooring done again we will definitely be repeat customers.

Even after 6 years they came out and replaced some transition pieces that were coming up no charge! Great customer service and they stand behind their products!

I loved the look of the flooring right after it was installed......... by their installers. A little over a year later I began noticing that the vinyl "planks" appear to be shrinking. The joints where one plank meets the next one keep getting wider. I contacted Leroy several months ago and was assured that the problem would be promptly resolved. After several weeks with no news I contacted Mr Leroy again and was informed that he just found out 15 minutes before I called, that the factory rep was not the rep any more. It has been over a month and not a word from anyone at All Floors Orlando. It appears that "service after the sale" is just a gimmick.

I chose All Floors of Orlando after reading good things on NextDoor. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get measurements of my house. I went in to pick my floor (tile for 1st floor and waterproof flooring in bathrooms upstairs). I had a full quote later that day and was scheduled for install 2 weeks later. From the sales team to the installers, All Floors of Orlando is top notch. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process painless. I am thrilled with the work they did and will definitely use them when I m ready to re-carpet my 2nd floor. Thank you for transforming my house! I love it!

Had my bedroom floors installed and was totally happy on the crew who were totally profesional, organized and clean.

I recently had all of the carpet in my home replaced. I converted 2 rooms to porcelain tile and re-carpeted the rest. From start to finish the staff at All Floors of Orlando was very helpful.

I took a sample of my existing tile in to the store so that I could find carpet, tile and listello border to complement what was already in my house. The staff helped me focus my vision resulting in a project that looked seamless. I love it.

The installation staff was comprised of professionals who took pride in their work. The project was completed in a timely manner, as promised.
