I loved the look of the flooring right after it was installed......... by their installers. A little over a year later I began noticing that the vinyl "planks" appear to be shrinking. The joints where one plank meets the next one keep getting wider. I contacted Leroy several months ago and was assured that the problem would be promptly resolved. After several weeks with no news I contacted Mr Leroy again and was informed that he just found out 15 minutes before I called, that the factory rep was not the rep any more. It has been over a month and not a word from anyone at All Floors Orlando. It appears that "service after the sale" is just a gimmick.
