I have been employed with All American for 3 years its a great agency to work for. I must say Sylvia Dennis and Tania Jean Louis is by far the best representatives these two woman has been a great assest to the company which encourages myself to continue to be a Great asset to All American. If I could change one thing it would be to offer incentives as well as a raise for all the hardwork we put into our career.

I am fairly new to the agency but they have been so accommodating since day one. No problems so far!

I have been working for all American for a year now. I like the way they always have work available and are very respectful. You are paid on a weekly basis and the best thing is that the pay period endso Sunday not Saturday like most places. Occasionally at certain facilities they offer overtime which is hard when working for a agency. If you want you could make this a full-time job for yourself.

I have been with All American Healthcare for a few months now. They have been a great company for me to work for because of the flexibility to pick up the shifts that fit my schedule. My mom had been sick and I couldn't work for a few weeks. It reduces the stress knowing that I'm not going to lose my job while tending to the needs of my family! The AAHC staff has always treated me with professionalism and as an equal member of the team! Great pay, direct deposit and shifts come directly to your phone! I'd just like to see more staffing for facilities in my area.

All American Healthcare has plenty of CNA needs- often at great rates with last minute shifts!

All American has good benefits and they even give you money for continuing education credits. The staff is very helpful and responds in a timely fashion. So far i am very happy working for the agency.

This agency pays very well. The managers are always available when you need some more information and the best part is that you get to choice the days you want to work and the times you want to work.

This is a great service if you re looking to pick up extra shifts to supplement your income! Often, they ll even have 40 hours a week of availability if you re willing to travel. Their holiday incentives made Christmas happen for my family this year!

This is my first time working for an agency. I signed up to work with them because of COVID19. The process was easy. I sent them my credentials, gave them my availability and they text/e-mail to confirm my schedule. They also send me available shifts in my area that I can accept. I like that they use text/e-mail instead of calling because it does not interrupt with sleep. They also respond right away if you have questions.

I briefly worked for them. Total lack of communication amongst staff! Much lower rates than IntelyCare or other agencies. Confirmed me for shifts that I never accepted. Unprofessional, poor documentation and office skills. Definitely not recommend to a facility as they will put someone on your schedule without that employee agreeing to it

I m Working with All American Healthcare Services, at one the Covid19 make shift ( Pop up) hospital and I must say it s been a great experience. During my assignment with AAHCS I had experience the death of two family members. AAHCS gave me some time off and allowed me to return to the same site and did not decrease my shifts. AAHCS put a great team together, that work hard and are easy to get along with one another. We were given the great opportunity to be in a position to treat a unfamiliar Virus and learn from one another by putting together a variety of action plans from different types of healthcare settings and executing the treatment plan with high turn around rates and zero fatalities. I ve met wonderful people that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my career. The administration staff at AAHCS and MEC was exceptionally diligent and rapid to respond via text message or email at any hour of the night. I like how they pay me on time as long as I submit my timesheet before the deadline. They answered all of my questions when I applied. This is the first agency I ve worked for and they made me feel comfortable.

Ease of applying for a position. The scheduling app is great. You get a birdseye view of open shifts and just click and wait for confirmation. Always able to reach some one by phone or email. The process of working here is very efficient and innovative!

Horrible communication, tried many times to pick up shifts no one ever confirmed . Reached out to say I was trying to pick up shifts still nothing, shown up to facilities I was scheduled for only to find out the shift was cancelled no one ever reached out to rectify. I wouldn t recommend anyone who needs to work to choose this company !!
