I began working for All American at the peak of Covid-19 and have had a seamless telecommunication with staffing. Facilities have also been accommodating with PPE making this employment easy and enjoyable!

I love it they have so many facilities that you can work at.also when your scheduling your time you can be guaranteed that whatever is available you will have notification of it within minutes.that way you have a selection to decide to work at a various locations throughout your city. I am new to working for All American Healthcare. So far it has been a good experience. My only complaint is that I don't always get a response to emails or texts that I send to pick up shifts or when I inquire about certain facilities closer to home, etc. I have talked to several account managers but I haven't been overly impressed due to poor communication skills. Though, I must say that Myrtha E. has been outstanding! She responds to texts/emails quickly, if she doesn't know an answer to a question she makes sure to find someone who does and she goes above and beyond to help me find shifts that work with my schedule.

I ve recently started with All American. So far, I have no issues with the agency.

Even though the company is in another state, they are trustworthy. Never a problem being paid, weekly paychecks and always ready to respond to issues. my only problem is that in my area the closet job site is 90 miles away, but as they grow that should change.

All American is organized and your account manager stays in touch with you and is very helpful. The app they provide is very easy to use and gives you all the shifts available to pick up.

Working for All American was overall a great experience. There was a great pay, but it was unfair on scheduling. Some people got overtime, while some people were constantly being cancelled.

All American has been a great company to work for. I have had a picked you shift often and have to had any shifts canceled. when I have a problem I can get with my recruiter and get it done.

As staffing Coordinator, Sylvia, is always helpful & positive helps me with staffing issues and always a quick response. always a great job & so pleasant to talk to & responds professionally

Terrible account manager. Schedules me without letting me know. Makes a lot of mistakes and never gets back to me like he says he will. I have to be consistently asking to speak to HR. Every time the mess my paycheck they find other ways not to fix it and give me excuses.

They are one of the best agencies I have worked for so far, they are easy to get in contact with when there's a problem and they have plenty of shifts

I just recently joined All American as a CNA. I enjoy working with this agency because they allow you to create your own schedule and pick your own hours during the week. I also like that you can pick at which facilities to work at depending on your location. All American is always willing to work with you and they are very understanding. My account manager is great and she always sends me the dates and locations that are available right away so I can plan my schedule ahead of time. Also you get paid every FRIDAY!!! Join us today!!!

I found that it was easy to apply and get started with All American. Everything was done via computer, but if I had any questions they were right there to answer them. I have never had any problem getting any shift they are sent me daily sometimes a couple times a day for different needs that are needed. In a good way.

I love this company...one of the staff members Javonna does a absolutely great job when it comes to staffing...she always make sure your needs are meet for the week..she seems to be the only one that stays on top of things or make sure things get communicated to the facilities...overall great company....but some of them need a little bit more training with communication

I just had to leave a review in Hope that others will read it and join this company. The payroll manager is always on point . I had an issue it was resolved the same day and I was able to get two choices in the situation(which was awesome). After that I got a follow up call the next day to make sure it was token care of and everything worked out. One more thing all of the staffing coordinators that I spoke with and work with are freaking awesome . Its plenty of work and they are very respectful. Thank you guys at this company for everything and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

AAHCS is generally lacking in proper communication and has an odd way of offering shifts. As a new-to-practice, graduate nurse, I was offered work in long-term care communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires lots of education and training to properly manage.

I did not know who my manager was, or that I was actually an employee, until I asked information why I was receiving text message offers for these strange shifts. When I asked my manager directly a couple questions about basic logistics, they failed to reply all three times despite saying that they were "responding now". I declined to work shifts as I did not consider the circumstances safe for me as a new-to-practice nurse.

By good fortune and personal networking, I was able to work the job I originally applied for, with very trustworthy management and staff handled outside of AAHCS. At this point, AAHCS simply provided paychecks, which were always timely and accurate.

AAHCS has to take a few measures, particularly in clear and accurate communication with its employees, before I can recommend them as a safe employer for practicing nursing, especially for graduate or new-to-practice nurses. Until then, please be cautious and stay safe.

My account wasn t handled right when I did application for hire & the hiring reps made 3 profiles and my direct deposit info was erased . Thank God for Steven and other payroll for fixing the error . Christian is the best rep & I like dealing with him mainly for work.

There is something that I do not understand about this agency. Four of my other staffing agencies use apps and it looks normal that when I request for a shift with an app, I am told shortly afterwards if I am getting the shift or not. However, when it comes to this agency, it is barely the case. I notice that on most occasions, I don't get a response so I call to ask if there is a confirmation or declination so that I can decide if I can get a back-up but unfortunately, I still don't get a response which leaves me with no choice but to cancel the request which I am told the agency has difficulty finding. I tried one of my other agencies that deals with a facility that this agency deals with and I was notified shortly. Other than that, no problem with this agency. My experience is really great. I would give it 4 stars and a half if I could.
