All American Healthcare Review

This company has been great I started with this company two weeks ago and I love it so far so good.

All American healthcare is a wonderful company! They always have work around your area, and they are efficient of giving details of what your job entails. All American health care are very hands on, they also pay on time. You re definitely in the right hands with them as a caregiver or a patient.

Nice company to work for. The pay is one of the best I have seen. Pay checks are always in your account on Friday, never a delay. I would recommend working for this company.

As a nurse with 10+ years experience, AAHCS has been a great choice for me personally and thus far. I thought I would give agency nursing a try about 1.5 years ago and I m glad I did! I look forward to continuing my employment with this company. It s not for all nurses and that s okay but when you finally find a company that suits you, your experience, knowledge, and your lifestyle, it s a blessing!!

I work for All American for 8 months now.they pay good very high more than orther Agencies I work for as a CNA.they have a lot of facilities they send you to.they are very professional and slwas have facilities to send you too.they have nice people working in all American especially hardworking people like Diana and Marquitta.i don't think I will ever stop working for them and I hope to continue working for them when o become a registered nurse because I know the pay will be very very good.I recommend all American to all cna and lpn and rn because no agency pays good like them.Am a living withness

They never respond back and my account manager changes monthly, they NEVER RESPOND & you don t know who you need to respond to because accountants change so so much.... please if your looking into an agency to work avoid this one. You never know what s going on.

Very organized and professional. Always have work available at multiple locations. Has upgraded and made many changes to accommodate employees throughout the years!!

I am new to AAHS, and thus far, the work has been plentiful and it was the smoothest hiring process of all of the agencies that I've worked with. I had a payroll issue and Kirtesh, the payroll manager, graciously resolved the matter.

I would definitely recommend All American Healthcare Services! They offer competitive compensation (which is every Friday!) There is flexible availability which means you make your own schedule/hours and I like the fact that assignments are close to home!!! I save a lot on gas

The on boarding process was very easy uploading all paperwork electronically, when I first started I felt it was hard to get shifts but as time went on it became easier.

They are really helpful during a time like this with the pandemic. Also I love the flexible schedule that they offer at All American healthcare.

All American makes it very easy throughout the application process and onboarding. One of my top travel companies to work for for many reasons. Pay is always accurate, they communicate available shifts in multiple methods via phone, text, and email, and I never have difficulty having all the hours I need in my area.

I gave All American five stars because although they are located out of the state, it's as if they are local to me. When I sign up for a shift..there is an immediate text and email sent to me confirming that shift, driving directions, hours, etc.,..they are easily reached by phone anytime of the day and night, pay is on time and very convenient.

I have been working with All American for about a month now. I haven t had any issues with payment or scheduling except the All shift app needs some improvement on updating new shifts. Also, I didn t get a welcoming package, I worked right away, but that wasn t a problem. All in all I can say that I ve had a pleasant experience with All American. The staff are really nice and ready to help at anytime.

I woman all American now for maybe a month and a half my first account manager was pretty decent was getting work OK and then here comes a second account manager that s only dealing with numbers Can t expect to pay somebody who has a lot of years of experience the same amount as the facilities are paying their staffing that s why people come to agencies to get a little bit more money not to get the same. There should be a way of how they talk to grown people or even a supervisor we can reach out to.

Absolutely love working for this company. The easy app let's you pick and choose work locations and shifts that fit your schedule. Great communication between account managers and staff.

The staff is great ! Always send reminders about the facilities who need staffing, the pay is great.

the agnecy is very nice, too work for i like it only been working for the companie a couple weeks an havent had a problem till now i have waited since the 5 of december for one of my pays san havent gotten it yets an we are an its the 9.. this is the only problem i have had other then this its a very pleasent place too work for i actully work for 2 agencys an both have there own perks but im giving this a 4 star just because of the check thing even tho it was one time

Place is a joke neba whoever that is got smart with my wife over a mistake my wife did on time sheet she works two jobs and put the wrong time on the wrong sheet.im glad she quit the places cancel her when she gets there they said we don't need you staffing can't call and tell you Avoid.plus this neba whoever ripped off my wife pay you people owe her one more day payed her for two not three days

My story with this company is really long , internal communication is extremely and very unorganized. I sent all my documents and I never heard from them... after a few weeks they contacted me.They said I needed another form ... I filled right away and never heard from them (again). Weeks after that they decided to bombard me with emails and texts, so I said ok let me pick up some days ... the lady never got back to me!
I forgot about them ... all of the sudden again Jovanna ( I think that is the correct way to write her name) contacted me offering me days ... but once again I was missing something, for the 10,000 I had to fill the application they have , so I thought I would work this time ...nop I didn t . Then another two ladies contacted me offering me shifts one of the ladies name was Nikita and I told her how incompetent and ridiculous this company is , well she got upset and got a little bit nasty. To do not make the story any longer, Jovanna contacted me and I gave my availability, she said oh I m writing it down now she emailed a login where I can see my pay and all that kind of thing. Guess what? They never contacted me again after all this, after all the paperwork, after all those emails and text messages. My suggestion to all my nurses who are looking for an agency is : go and look somewhere else . The last thing we have is time to waste... go to a company that will appreciate you. This company is just a joke.

These Doctor s were the first to have proof of what is wrong with me. He explained my symptoms factually, what caused them, and truly worked to solve my problems. They are brilliant.

I ve worked for them going on 3yrs and since day one they played with my money and hours the staff is incompetent and do nothing to help their employees they will sugar coat this but run the survey with the Brooklyn Queens areas ask employees about them the workers sitting home just answering phones and that job is hard but the Ones out working with CLIENTS HAVE THE WORST SUPPORT!!!!!!

They are so helpful with any questions you may have an they get right back work you in email or call. I couldn't have ask for better I love working for them. For my area that I work its easy to book shift an get a confirmation right away from them. Pay is decent an you work when you want to work so I can't go wrong with this company by far is better than some others I have tried to work for.

I like working for this place,until the facility that I was working for,lpn staff lied on me now I told them I don't know this lady and my first time seeing this lpn was on Christmas eve,never met her,and she was trying that day to start with me,I work Wednesday the same week,the next day I get a call saying that I left the facility at 9:00 which was a lie,this same lady lied on me and I tried to point that out nothing was done, now I'm am disappointed because I feel if I start working some where else I'm going to feel the same way this should not had been swept under the rug,I am a employee here and I felt that no one had my back,this matter should had been resolved,because I got along with everyone there at the facility,how am I just going to let a big lie go,that is just wrong.

All American honestly provides the most hard working staff both internally and to the facilities being staffed. It is not easy to find a company that provides day and night quality service. Being apart of a team that gives their all to clients and each other is what a working experience is supposed to feel like! Highly recommended all the way around!

They be having people waiting 3 weeks for a check that they sent in the mail. And then give you the run around. The nonchalance of the supervisor was horrible the guy Steve act like he don't care of you get paid or not. And I am the actual CNA DOING THE WORK MAKING THE COMPANY MONEY

I ve been working for All American for a while, I have yet to have trouble getting hours and rarely have cancellations. So far so good

The recruiters are unprofessional, they would book me for shifts I did not accept. They never paid me on time or correctly and they were taking out mass taxes even though I did not work or reside in mass???

Great company to work for, it s easy to sign up with them once you have all the credentials, l like that they have flexible work hours the pay it good, you can week near your home you re paid weekly and although the agency may not be in your state it is easy to get through to management if you have a concern or problem whether by phone or by email. I have been a cna for three years now, and I always wanted to try going agency but was to scared. All american healthcare was the best choice I ever made in my career. They are very easy to work with everyone is so nice and helpful so happy I made this choice and I hope you will to!!!!

Unorganized! Then went to my first assignment. No proper ppe! Talked to DON herself and was told no N95 masks! But was told that this Chinese piece of k95 was just as good. No thank you! Was also told that they did " Not think " they were positive. . Wrong all the way around! Would not work for a company that doesn't back its workers!!

Unprofessional and don t care if you hurt yourself at work. Hurt myself when a lift battery fell on my foot they didn t care. Told me I had to pay for my doctors visit.
