On recommendation from another health professional, I went to see Martin Harvey at Align Chiropractic for the first time today. I had never been to see a chiropractor before and actually had little idea what they would do. Amazing! A thorough examination, diagnosis and analysis of my situation based on ascertainable data. So often I've seen allied health professionals who seem to diagnose based on little more than a poke and some intuition- not here. I'm looking forward to working with them on treatment.

I have been suffering with lower back pain for quite a few years. I am a passionate runner and have been trying to persevere through the pain. Last year I tore my quad and injured my hammy - death for a runner !! Several weeks of physio brought no relief. Then I tried Align Chir and met Kieren. Kieren was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly understand my injury and sent me for X-rays. Within 2 weeks the difference was astonishing! My hammy and quad recovered rapidly and for the first time I had no lower back pain whilst running. Physio may work in certain instances - but if you are not recovering try something else. So much is related to the alignment of your back and a spine. And now I am off for a run! Thank you Kieren

With help from the amazing team at align I successfully completed my first marathon and have continued to visit regularly for adjustments that have helped me and my overall health. Having previously had debilitating long term neck pain I now get adjusted regularly and experience little or no pain between visits. Align Chiropractic are the go to practice for any health related issues. My self and my family of four have been going for 20 years and have made having a gp totally redundant. There adjustments are gentle and effective, giving your body the best chance of healing itself. They have helped our family in so many ways from having a straightforward pregnancy and birth-to adjustments for the children when they have ear infections and other illnesses(not many as we go regularly). Align and the team are our main contact for any health related issues and we couldn't manage without them.
