During my wedding planning as well as the actual wedding, Alexander Portraits was very responsive and very accommodating. My pictures were very pretty. Several years later I have decided I would like to have some additional pictures printed. I have spent approximately a month and a half trying to get an answer as to whether this is a possibility or not. I have had several folks take messages with NO return phone calls. After the 4th attempt, I asked to speak to the owner. The owner did return my phone call and communicated she would research my inquiry and provide an answer by 3/22/2013. Unfortunately, I have not received any kind of follow-up and have left 2 additonal messages for return calls (this is 6 all together). Pictures are very pretty but if you require follow-up support from this team after your inital wedding, my experience is that they will not follow-up and you are on your own.

Glenda was awesome to work with. She made feel comfortable when doing my headshot. I get so nervous in front of the camera. I highly recommend Glenda to anyone needing a professional headshots.

We have been visiting Alexander Portrait Designers for 15+ years. Glenda has photographed my children growing up. We just recently had my son s Senior Session and she charmed a full size smile out of my young man who really only ever shows half a smile. And, got his best girl (his dog Cinder) to smile as well!
