Well a very old hotel. Apparently the rest of the hotels in Vichy. But overall, all is well!

Very disappointed ! By the restaurant, very long service then we ordered at 10:30. For my part and a colleague pebbles and sand in salad, goat non-existent in taste in salmon we reported to the waitress without any compassion, overtake.For subsequent fish cold and dry on the edges for most of the 8 fish plates , very minimalist dessert .Payed 24 for me without any gestures the pebbles are struggling to spend even more! The standing of the house is really not on the plate!

A charming, authentic treasure still exists. This place has a grand history written all over it. Excellent location, wonderful staff and an authentic gem that you will have trouble finding anywhere else in France!

An old palace ... An old palace with charm desuet located ideally in Vichy face the opera, in the heart of the city. Staff of extreme kindness.deco beginning of century (last ) charming between art deco and art nouveau. Adorable. Not to mention the volumes ... Huge room. Not sophisticated but very good. An excellent address in Vichy. I recommend.

Hotel easy to access and very well located. Spacious room, art deco decorations to be preserved, nevertheless a little dilapidated, a major renovation is needed to restore its luster to this beautiful establishment.

Charm and class for this Palace which is certainly a little aging, but which we adored.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious but run down and dusty. A great need for renovation in this 4 star hotel, which does not deserve it.
The services of a 4 star are absolutely not fulfilled.
The welcome is cold, the bartender is great!
Nothing to eat at the breakfast buffet ... No pastries, no bread, no orange juice, no glasses etc ... and only one person to serve and feed the buffet ...
When we arrived (5 p.m.), we were allocated a room ... not made ...
duvet on the floor etc
We will not be going back.

Very classy but a bit dated. The rooms are huge but really cool. The restoration is very correct. By cons a negative point (in addition to the old side) is the accessibility for people with reduced mobility. In a spa town where a lot of older people go by, I think the main access could be changed (without denaturing the whole thing) to allow entry without a step. Me it shocks me for a "Palace" in a city cure!

A place steeped in history. Location number 1, facing the Opera House and the heart of the city. Parking tip, park behind it's free and the hotel is within walking distance on the back. A caring staff, humorous and friendly. Bedding top. Restaurant top. Breakfast: Viennese pastries can be better but there is choice and the bread is excellent.

Old-fashioned palace, wonderful atmosphere and decoration. On the other hand, everything needs a good refreshment. The rooms are very dilapidated. This is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.
Disappointing breakfast ...

I spent my evening there on New Years and the staff was quite cold (except at the reception, where the staff remained very warm) but the staff who served us the meal were not very pleasant ... the stress probably. And as for the room, if I remember correctly it was large enough, with a very large, fairly comfortable bed, the bathroom with bathtub was also spacious and pleasant, but there was a very strong sewage smell unpleasant that came out of the bathroom ... surely small plumbing problems ... I do not know but it was not very pleasant its odors.

An establishment that has survived the palaces of the Belle Epoque. A magnificent arts deco hotel with a grandiose lobby. Entering its cozy atmosphere will plunge you into nostalgia for the grandeur of Vichy.
Push open the old wooden revolving door and marvel. Enjoy a drink in the quiet of the pretty bar with club atmosphere.
You can have an excellent meal in the veranda of the restaurant.
The prices are very moderate and accessible to the greatest number. Take the opportunity to treat yourself to a little moment in a palace

Large room with slightly dated decoration but which is nonetheless comfortable and charming. The staff are cheerful and pleasant.

Hotel with crazy charm, you think you are in the 1900s when you walk through the superb hall, when you go down the stairs. And very good value for money

From "Aletti Palace 4 stars", we only keep "Aletti". Nothing of a palace and nothing of a 4 star. No mini-bar, no air conditioning, no safe in the rooms. One elevator (out of 2) constantly broken down. Very disappointing. I will not be going back.

It's vintage, fun enough, a trip in the luxury of the sixties, more really up to date but how important, prices are reasonable so why not, it's better than modern and impersonal chains where everything is identical from Sarcelles to Veracruz .

Beautiful establishment in Art Deco style spacious room staff is not oppressive I advise you not to take a road side room because from 5:30 to 6h it is impossible to sleep as there is car passage and the city clean the street. The rooms are single glazed

A place I like for its authenticity that belongs to the heritage of Vichy but also the Department, a very beautiful history. Friends ... so a little partisan! IT deserves to be renovated. A good staff who do what he can.

We must encourage this place subject to heavy charges and taxes, but so beautiful and original ... no more expensive than elsewhere

Too outdated. ... shame because with a cool and better trained staff this well located property would be a marvel!

Nice 4-star hotel in the city center. Convenient to visit the beautiful buildings of the center and the spa. Bello also the boulevard of the long river. The hotel also has a swimming pool with garden and spacious, clean rooms

Unfortunately this is one of the few hotels in Vichy ... this place is reminiscent of the old, flourishing Vichy, but until when? I'm afraid that this last nice island of Vichy will also disappear soon ... shame, because this hotel is very charming and pleasant.

Could be a bit decrepit here and there but quite a lot of charm from past glory inspiring nostalgic feelings.
