Old hotel, very large and very clean room.
Poor breakfast for too high a price (15 ) no service, missing food and no eagerness to satisfy you.
Evening meal in the hotel restaurant, very ordinary and no friendliness of the staff.
I will definitely not be going back.

Old-fashioned but with a lot of charm. Back to a bygone era

Despite a lobby and a bar from the Belle Epoque, the very spacious rooms really need to be refreshed. Dirty carpet, torn curtains and drab poor quality bedding ... shame because this hotel could be a real palace !!

I organized my wedding at this hotel and my husband and I were delighted with everything. The lounges, the staff, the rooms and the dinner were all perfect. This hotel would however require renovation investments on many points. But I recommend it anyway.

Hotel palace in its own juice, full of charm.
Very welcoming staff. Small flat, the municipal police is on the alert and will verbalize immediately if you forget to pay your penny.
Nevertheless, this hotel and Vichy are worth a visit.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. We will come back.

Splendid and well kept. We expect to meet Hercule Poirot at any time. Home irreproachable. Nice restaurant. Good value for money in the whole.

Typical art nouveau hotel just in front of the opera house. Very spacious room. Just missing a nespresso machine and a kettle. Good value for money.

Nice hotel with good benefits but I'm still looking for the mini bar ... Lacks just a little modernity and put the turbo on the elevator thankfully that the stairs are beautiful but to go up to the 7th floor ...

In the junior suite, great evening, great suite and beautiful setting. We will come back!

Very disappointed by the hostess who greeted me (Brown with long hair) very haughty and unhelpful, I managed to get upset because there were problems with the blue card reader and she said it was not not normal not to have enough liquid on be to pay ...
Already that I stopped taking breakfast at home because it was frankly not good for the price but then I'm completely stopped to come there very short!
