Aldi inc Review

Lauren who claims to be the store manager is extremely rude. I literally said can you make sure those items go back in the box because it's 2 separate orders and she snapped at me. I said ok are you going to lose your attitude or do I need to getthe manager. She stated she was the manager. I've been to a lot of Aldis and I'm an instacart shopper and I've never had a rude associate in this area. I guess the manager doesn't belong behind the counter. The store also reaked of ammonia.

It would be nice if the cashiers were not so careless with the produce. They just throw other goods on top of the delicate fruits and vegetables in the name of "efficiency". If I have spent the time and energy to select the produce that I want to eat I don appreciate this approach. There should be a balance between speed and good product handling.

Lumper Service Supervisor is quite a piece of work watched him get into 3 shouting matches over commercial bank checks or payments...
If delivering meats or perishable by products...you will be last to be unloaded period....
Unless your on the express vendors list otherwise...

Y'all have been a G-dsend through my husband's and my quarantine. We have been battling covid-19 Delta variant since July 14th and we're unable to leave the house for anything. Y'all' delivery service was a real life saver. I was a loyal customer before the covid-19 but I am now a loyal customer for life! Y'all's customer service and care tops all the rest.

Have struggled with diabeties recently. Bought your stevia for baking excetra. My sugars have been out of control. Read the ingredients and was shocked to see Maltodextrin I May as well been using sugar. Shame on you!

Good morning, just want to let you know that the West Bend Wi. store is terrible the newly renovated idea of putting the produce right at the entrance of the store which impedes the flow of traffic. Not to mention the store looks dirty the produce not very good anymore. I'm very disappointed the old store was clean and efficient at the beginning of the store when you walked in the aisles were wide so everybody wasn't standing there blocking the entrance. Thank you

This place is awesome. Easy to find. Stop at guard shack, sign in, they will get you a door number. Open doors, put seal and paperwork in trailer, slide tandems, and they will bring you your paperwork when finished. I had a lumper fee for my delivery. Leave one door open for the guard to check the trailer. In and out in 1 1/2 hrs. Employees are very nice. Keep up the good work!!! I didn't ask about overnight parking. I've seen reviews that they do. Drive safe drivers

Your Great 8 seeds & grains small batch bread is the best that I have ever eaten! I hope that you will stock it with greater frequency as a specialty end isle item. It goes great with vegetable soup. Just froze 2 loaves!
