I was accused of crimes I didn t commit! Elizabeth Maupin was my trial attorney. She fought for me and she had every defense you could ever want in an attorney. Not only did she fight for me, she won my case and all charges against me were dismissed. I know in my heart it was her savvy, intelligent, and keen knowledge as a defense attorney that helped win my case. The arresting police department never had grounds to arrest me, nor did they have the authority to charge me with any of the alleged crimes I was being accused of. Elizabeth proved this in my trial and delivered a devastating blow to the prosecution, detectives, and police that had arrested and charged me! Edited 2 months later: my case was passed onto Ryan and I couldn't have asked for someone better to follow through with my case! We met once before sending off my official documents in order to renew my DACA work permit and he was very professional. He called me twice after our initial meeting. The first time was to let me know that my paperwork has been received, as well as confirming my dates for the fingerprint scanning portion of the process. The second time he called was to confirm my approval and to make sure I received my new work permit in the mail. Ryan was an amazing representative of Alcock & Associates and will definitely be coming back to them for any of my legal needs. Would give another 5 star review again if I could. Getting a DUI in the state of AZ is a very difficult process, which my husband is having to learn the hard way, but hiring Alcock & Associates P.C. was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. We were fortunate to get Gabriel Hassan as our attorney. He was extremely thorough, got us a very fair plea deal and was available 24/7 to answer any and all of our questions. He has a very calm disposition which really helped us during this stressful time. He drove out to the far East Valley to meet us 2 days ago to go over everything that would happen in court today. There were no surprises and all went as well as we expected it would. He was pretty sick today, but again, drove all the way out here just for our case. His compassion and commitment are what we truly appreciated. We are so grateful he wasn't the "ambulance chaser" type of lawyer. While I hope that no one I know has to ever go through this, if they do, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him! Reasonably priced and worth every penny! A++++++++++++++

Lisa E. was assigned as our immigration attorney and she was beyond helpful. My significant other and I relocated to another state but Lisa communicated with us via email and we were able to submit all the forms to USCIS in a timely manner. After USCIS scheduled our interview, Lisa was very flexible with travelling out of state to be present during the interview. She has been helpful throughout the process, from answering any question that came up to thoroughly going through our file and prepping us for the interview. I would give them 0 stars if possible! They seemed very appealing from all the commercials I've seen and I was in need of an immigration lawyer. We've invested over $13K and they did absolutely nothing! We literally threw away all that money and now must spend some more trying to find someone to actually help our case! I wouldn't suggest wasting your money here they don't actually care about you just your money!

I came in with my husband about two months ago for our first consultation, called them back last week to proceed with the case and they "lost" our file said that we had to go back in again to get a brand new quote. Called back today to try and schedule an "initial" appointment AGAIN and "Laura" the receptionist had me on hold forver, would not let me talk, kept interrupting me and after she came back on the line said that they COULDN'T take my case, that I needed to call another lawyer! Are you kidding me???? That is insane!! Is there no good law firms here in Phoenix???
