The Alcock experience is one like no other. I wasn t even a client I was looking for a consultation. And from the first call I made in, I was treated with friendly and understanding people. Trust me when I say I ve been window shopping for lawyers and nobody as far as service and courtesy does it like them.

I watch their show in the morning, never thought I would even need a lawyer. But turned out I needed one for my brother. Looked everywhere and I called them had money in hand said come on in, I did told them my story, pretty much told to you can relax we got it from here. Signed an affordable contract. I wanted to cry and tons of stress kick rocks. My son and I was like O.M.G. The whole office got involved and immediately went to work on my brothers case. They call to inform my family case status, my brother immediately got visits and relief lifted and everything I believe is going to be ok. I began to have faith again. What can I not say about Alcock and Associates. BEST law firm in Arizona when it comes to criminal defense. I got Armando Nava. Honestly, the results he got me were just a dream three months ago. He is fantastic at his job and he went above and beyond my needs to make sure I didn't stress about the situation. He works with everyone and he is extremely understanding! They attend you moderately fast, they answer all your questions clearly and give you different options, the only bad thing is that the streets outside are under construction and there is a struggle to get to the place but in general the deal is good.

My name is Frank. My defense attorney for my DUI case was Elizabeth Maupin. I first did my research online in hopes of find the best company to represent me. I read many reviews and decided to get a consultation at Alcock & Associates. I went to the office to get a face to face sit down consultation. When I arrived at the building and took the elevator up to the office floor I was already impressed with the cleanliness and decor. It was also spacious. I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and only had to wait 3-5 minutes to be seen. Everything went smooth during the consultation and I was surprised that it was free. Not only that but I was told that there would be a flat fee if I wanted to proceed with representation from their law firm in handling my case. I couldn't have been happier with the price. I thought it was going to be a lot more when I first entered their office. I paid mine in full in 1 month but they do offer payment plans which is a huge plus. My lawyer assigned to me was Elizabeth Maupin. I can't even begin to put in words how thankful I am for her services but I will try. My DUI case was not simple. It was initially an extreme DUI claim against me and I had a prior DUI on my record as well. Elizabeth handled everything for me. Even dealing with the MVD hearings to help me try to keep my drivers license throughout this long process. She was very swift and let me know what I needed to do as well. There was several hearings throughout my case and I only had to be present at two which was awesome because I already suffer from depression and this was a stressful case that was lengthy. Elizabeth represented on all occasions. The state prosecutors offered me 4 months in jail at first. I was literally sick when I heard that. I thought my life was over. After months of Elizabeth putting in her hard time and effort the plea bargain began to get better. Next was 2 months in jail. My awesome lawyer didn't stop there. She brought in a specialist to look up anything that was not right with my DUI from the time I was cited until I was released. I believe his name is Walter. Sorry if I his name wrong but I do believe it's Walter. He did an amazing job and found some blood inconsistencies from the blood the officers withdrew from me for testing. Next state prosecution offer was 1 month in jail. Then Elizabeth fought on even harder for me to get home detention in the only court that doesn't allow it. After a couple more months, a changing of Sherriffs ,and a couple new rules in place. Elizabeth in the end got me 2 days in jail and 28 days home detention. Yes you heard that correctly. 2 days in jail from the 4 months in jail the prosecutor wanted to give me. Let me remind you that this was a second DUI offense and it was extreme. I'm not proud of that in any way, and I have definitely learned from my bad choices. I am beyond happy, thankful, and gracious for having had the best lawyer I know represent me in my case. It was an absolute pleasure to have you as my attorney Elizabeth Maupin. I want to also thank her Assistant Carina for everything she did as well. She kept me up to date throughout the case, made sure I understood things clearly, and was a very valuable part in how smooth things went. Thank you Alcock & Associates for everything. I pray that I don't ever have to obtain your services for this type of case ever again but I would recommend them to anybody going through a DUI case. I give Elizabeth Maupin 10 stars. Horrible. I would give it no stars if I could. First of all, almost every time I showed up in their office they would not have my file in hand. It was always a scramble for them looking for my file even though I had an appointment.

Second of all, when I was scheduled for one of my court dates at the court house, I was sitting there waiting and wondering where my lawyer was. I finally get a call from my lawyer (Todd Hannant) "Hey! where are you at?" and I told him "I'm in the court room! Where are you at!?" HE SHOWED UP TO THE WRONG ROOM!!! I was left there waiting!!!

Third of all, he did try to get my case thrown out. But it failed. And of course he told me to take the plea deal because if we left it to a jury, the judge's sentence could be worse. And I was actually dumb enough to believe him and take the plea which I shouldn't have. Should of fought it all the way.

Looking back on it now and actually talking to a few lawyers after the case was over, I shouldn't have gone with Alcock and Associates. It was a total mistake. I should of went with someone else.

Get someone that will actually fight for you! Take some time with your case. Ask around. Get someone that will fight for you all the way, till the end. Even if it takes some time and will cost a little bit more money. Trust me it will be worth it! Jail fees, court fees, and all the other costs for your fines, it all adds up. Don't make the mistake I did!

Do your research! The cheapest is not always the best!

So far so good they have done everything well and are very helpful when we have questions a little expensive but good dont come cheap

I was in the offices to consult my immigration case since I have been married to an American citizen for a year. I wonder if I had stayed illegally after my immigration permit I told him that I stayed here for 3 years without permission and returned to my country and returned the following year after that moment she started talking and talking without letting me talk to tell me that they they could not lie to migration for any client something that is very ethical and that should not be done, but during the entire insinuous interview that I had some kind of record that could bring me problems with mygraduation, I clarify I never asked or asked To anyone who lied for me, she told me that she wouldn't even take my case that I really respect her decision, but the disappointment came when I told her I don't want to lie and she responded well if you tell the truth it is very possible that they tell you that you are not eligible, and if you tell lies it is a very big risk that they are not given to you either, (the papers) and the truth that disappoints because I had very good comments from this firm and from SR Alcock from what I saw on TV a person ab Open and understanding, I thought that these values are present in his office but I saw that no, and that really disappoints, since it began until the end of the consultation was negative, I do not remember the name of Miss and even if she did not remember I would not say it I respect a respect that I did not have when my wife and I were in his office, I will only say that by his accent he is Colombian, ,,,,,,,,,, when a lawyer tells you ,,, if you tell the truth they will not give you the papers but if you lie there is 50% that they do not give them either is very ugly, one as a client is left in limbo and the lawyer is left as an obsolete person,

You will spend a great deal of time in their waiting room (Almost 2 hours there for me) before you will be seen by an inexperienced lawyer who will try and sell you over priced services. A horrible experience all around. STAY AWAY from these folks. Look at their Google reviews.. they are mostly written by them.. why else do they all sound like commercials.
