I came in with my husband about two months ago for our first consultation, called them back last week to proceed with the case and they "lost" our file said that we had to go back in again to get a brand new quote. Called back today to try and schedule an "initial" appointment AGAIN and "Laura" the receptionist had me on hold forver, would not let me talk, kept interrupting me and after she came back on the line said that they COULDN'T take my case, that I needed to call another lawyer! Are you kidding me???? That is insane!! Is there no good law firms here in Phoenix???
