very beautiful place.. with too much colors to see

Since I was a little kid always heard my family talk about that Tulip Garden in Holland I made sure as an adult to visit Holland and in particular Keukenhof, what an amazing trip it was. Took a tour bus from Amsterdam to the Garden if I'm not mistaken the trip took an excess of an hour to get there the line to the park was fairly reasonable however we were offseason. Acres and Acres off amazing colorful flowers tulips in particular. Enjoyed the Lush Landscaping and the indoor garden that offered the whole variety of tulips that is harvested in the garden. A must visit while in Holland

AMAZING place. You must go, but in the right time, when all the flowers are open and full of colors (April is a good month).

More tourists in season. You can go visit early to avoid crowds. One of the most beautiful garden I've been.

It was nicely warm and sunny for an April day .. but I was expecting more blooming flowers ..

I loved this place! So many different types of flowers. It is very popular and was quite busy, but it is still worth it. Takes about 3 hours to walk around depending of pace & how crowded it is.

A bit expensive, and we miss information about the flowers we see. But all the park is wonderful and plenty of beauty.

Visited April 20, 2018; absolutely stunning. However, you need to take the advice to arrive upon opening at 8am. Between 8-1030 or so the park was not crowded at all and I was able to experience most of it with no one around. By 10:30 it was so crowded that it was not as enjoyable. An absolute must if in The Netherlands right now (or any April).

What a fantastic place to go and see. When you see the work that has been put in and then see all the wonderful flowers rhat come out. Well worth going to see.

Keukenhof is open from the end of March to the beginning of May, which makes sense when you think about it - since that's the only time when the tulips are in bloom. The earlier you go, the better, because there will be fewer crowds.

I went during the second week of April, and not all of the tulips were in bloom yet. I would say probably about half, but of course, this varies year to year depending on the weather. Expect to spend a whole day there because there's a lot to see and a lot of photos to take. There's also a canal ride you can take for an extra 10 euros, which will take you out to the tulip and hyacinth fields. It lasts about an hour, round trip.

As for food, I'm not sure if you can bring your own food, but if you can, you should definitely do so. Food there is not good and is expensive. A sandwich there (two slices of bread, one slice of meat, one slice of cheese, a piece of lettuce, and a slice of tomato) costs 5 euros. Definitely a rip-off.

But overall, it's definitely worth it to go. If you're not driving there on your own, buy the combination entrance + bus ticket online. It's cheaper than if you buy it separately, plus you get to skip the HUGE line.

Very impressive place. It's unique. Very very very much kinds of flowers and especially tulips, of course. If you are visiting Netherlands, then Keukenhof is mondatory to see. A very big territory, parking. You will have good pictures obligatory.

Everyone knows the famous tulip fields but while tulip season ends already half way through May, Dahlia season runs entire August through half of September

Awesome tulip garden.. blooms in spring and entry is open only between mid April to mid May.. easily accessible from Amsterdam.. you can club your visit with a cruise to windmills and country side village of Holland..worth an experience..

Amazing amount and variety of tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, and many many other (bulb) flowers. Beautiful landscaping and immaculate upkeep. I appreciate that no music is played (except a traditional Dutch street organ). Can be quite crowded at some places, but overall very doable. Easy to reach with pubic transportation (can be combined with entrance for rebate).

Beautiful place, I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the Amsterdam area.

Tulips everywhere, on a sunny day - you'll have a great time in Keukenhof garden. Don't forget to rent a bike & pedal into the fields - more breathtaking than the garden.

The most beautiful garden I ever seen...Lots od tulips, burst of colours everywhere. Lots of interesting exhibition around the garden..we even purchased some tulip bulbs and took home some of the magic from there

Amazing place.. It is a must to go.. You will enjoy it.. You will spend 2:30 to 4 hours there .. And you will not finish it up completely

Its so beautiful, but the amount of people that go kind of ruins it. You see more people than flowers. They sell incredibly expensive icecream.

Must visit place..the Tulip garden is so beautiful i am so glad that I visited the amesterdam these days as it opens for visitors once a month every year.

It was awesome experience to be in Keukenhof.. I would like to suggest if you are planning to visit over there then go on week days because on weekends it will be too busy. You can board from direct Schiphol to keukenhof by bus. All kinds of tulips with variety of colours & other some kind of breeds of flowers like blue pearls are also available there to see.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Even on a Sunday with many visitors it is a joy to visit. The restaurants have good food at reasonable prices.

Crowded but beautiful. You can go left out of the front gate as you leave to see the fields a little closer up

Was there in May 1, 2019 and the flower is still blooming as they are changing the "pot" the entrance fee Euro 18 as at high side if you are not the flower lover.

It was such a wonderful experience to explore inside the Keukenhof. It is unbelievable and breathless view for all various kinds of tulip. I came here in May so the weather was really perfect to chill in, a little bit of cold combining with the sunlight made me comfortable to walk around. Besides, there is a direct bus from Schiphol airport to Keukenhof, thus, it is so convenient. I almost spent 6-7 hours inside the Keukenhof, but I think this should be a whole day trip to make sure you can see everything inside the Keukenhof as well as having time with your friends, family there.

Much bigger and much nicer in reality than on the photos. I give very few 5 stars but this earned it. The food was the only thing that was that I do not recommend.

Beautiful tulips wonderful views and convenient to go there

Wonderful place to visit! Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. But 2h are not enough, you have to spend the day there in order to have more time to have a look on everything.

Love every bit of this place. Hoping for my next visit coming years

It is really one of the Beautiful Garden in the World Planted with innumerable verities and colorful Tulips. It was heard that it all started with a Kitchen Garden by a couple many years back and today it is the World's famous and Prime Tulip Gardens. There are Acres of Plantation particularly bloom and open to public during April last week and Mid May. The Netherland Climate is so good for these Tulips though short period living, they create a sense of Happiness and refreshed mood after watching them. There is an Ancient Wind Mill also in the backdrop of Garden and water channel / stream running in between. Plenty of Green and colorful trees and Plants amid lush green natural and formed lawns are really tastefully nurtured. The Tulip Garden at Kashmir in India also opens during the same season and also worth visiting, it can not be compared with this one.
Very good entrance, Parking facilities, Restaurants & Washroom facilities and Well organized route directions which directs every new visitor to roam around and reach exit gate easily.

I know what everyone says but I was underwhelmed with the flowers and overwhelmed with the ludacris amount if people they stuff through the doors.

Definitely a must see once in a lifetime! Not only tulips, but also many other type of flowers makes it a wonderful garden/park. More enjoyable when sunny, it has some space for picnics. Super nice expositions, this year's theme is "Flower power"
