Really awesome flower park. Worth visiting every single time for the past 4 years.
Well worth the visit. A must do when in or near Amsterdam
A wonderful place if you love flowers every flower you should ever want
Definitely worth visiting when in the Netherlands! My flower dreamland. :-)
We had travelled all the way from Ireland to visit Keukenhof yesterday (22/04/2017). We had purchased bus and park tickets online only to be told at Leiden that we cannot visit after travelling for nearly 3 hours by train from Brussels. We eventually returned back wasting the whole day. Not sure if Keukenhof will issue an refunds - my husband wrote to them immediately, and never heard back. I am sure there are others like me, please update if you managed to get any refunds.
Good place with variety of flowers and decorations with flowers, worth seeing.
This is the best place in the world to see Tulip gardens. Breathtakingly beautiful.
Great place if you want to see the tulips blossom. Great place for kids as well with the playgrounds and canal ride. Obviously great photo ops all over the place.
A very beautiful and large garden full of green and colors for quiet and relaxing day-long walks with all the family!
Gorgeous, sort of speechless for the first sight. Better to visit around May, but I think my own garden at my back yard is better (my daughter name it "a secret garden" - aha - lol :p
What a beautiful garden - absolutely immaculate! However, it was packed with people so wasn t as peaceful as I hoped it would be.... so recommend going early in the day. The boat ride gets busy so queue early for tickets.
Also recommend getting a combined ticket - return bus ticket from the airport (around 30min direct bus ride) and entry into the gardens. Great day out!
Its heavenly beautiful garden, especially while tulips season. Visited in May
Great place, a world of flower, really great experience
One of the best potanic gardens one may dream to visit
Only open for the tulip season, but an amazing display.
The flowers bloom for only a short time period in spring so you have to plan your trip carefully to see Keukenhof in full bloom. The main attraction is definitely the tulips which come in a wide array of colours and types. In addition, they do have other flowers there as well. The only downside is that it is extremely crowded during peak season so try to be there early to beat the majority of the crowd.
Impressive if your a tulip lover, I personally got a tulip overdose ^_^
Fabulous caught the tulips just rught and lovely parkland
Really beautiful place and major tourist attraction in Netherlands. Try and visit in the first week of May to get best pictures and views. Later in the month they start harvesting. Must visit without a doubt.
Really beautiful great for your Instagram selfie.. lol..
Very nice botanical garden with lot of tulip variety. Every year around march april there is flower festival and fields of tulip next to garden. Restaurant inside garden.
Great botanical garden specializing in tulips. It is only open certain times of the year, we went soon after it opened at the end of March. There were many amazing tulips inside the greenhouses, but unfortunately few in bloom outside and the fields beyond were mostly not bloomed. Still a great experience but make sure you go more into the tulip season
Huge beutiful park! There are various flowers not only tulips but roses.
My second visit, last seen end of April 2008. Then, all the flowers seemed tone still in bloom. This time although the tulips were all top notch, most of the narcissus were over. Food halls very efficient and not pricey for soup and bread. Seating busy but adequate. Patience required. But with thousands of visitors in attendance that wasn't surprising. All staff polite and at least bi lingual. Thank you all of you. What sticks in my mind? The outdoor orchids in pots at the door to the museum. Such muted and unusual colours.
A place worth watching in your lifetime... All varieties of tulips are available here... You will see everyone zooming their cameras to the all varieties of tulips and taking pictures... Kids loved the flowers and were ready to have the pictures in the garden
An unforgettable experience. No end to the beauty and magnificence of the Tulips.
Loved Keukenhof! So many beautiful tulips. We went the last week of the season and the field of tulips was gone already but still enjoyed it.
Bought combi tickets at Schiphol airport from a shop right next to the bus stop, 35 minutes later we were at Keukenhof. We arrived at 8:30am so the gardens were pretty quiet to start with but by 11am it was quite busy. In all we spent 5 hours walking around the gardens enjoying the displays. Even though it is only a few days before the end of the season there were lots of flowers on display.
Amazing experience. I can't wait to visit again. Be prepared to walk a lot. However there are plenty of rest areas and cafeterias so this shouldn't really be a problem as long as you give yourself plenty of time.
Incredible flower gardens. Tulips, orchids, lilies and a lot more. Children's playground, animals to petted, art. A must see in spring. A windmill you can climb in.
Lovely place
And
beautiful flower park
Beautiful Garden with millions of variety of tulips lilies garbera orchid and other variety of bulbs
Awesome variety of tulips. You will fall in love with this place if you are a nature enthusiast.
I dreamed of coming here even for once and it really happened! Such a wonderful experience..I wish to come back here or even live here for my whole life. The nature really has a bounty to offer!
Awesome place with infinite number of tulips. Feeling refreshed. Requires plenty of time to complete visit of campus.
Must visit place.
It was really exciting to see many different flowers in a single place.. nice place to spend time with family and friends..
It was amazing place to spend a day between flowers and sun
Must visit during spring season...the colors are breathtaking
It's absolutely fabulous I would recommend everyone to visit
It's typical Dutch, but also very touristy. They have a windmill too for the tourists, but if you wanna see real windmills you should go somewhere else. The park is not that big
Beautiful place but in May there were no tulips in the fields.
Heaven on earth. Natural beauty at its best. Can't describe.
One of the most beautiful gardens with picturesque view. Must visit
Loved visiting the gardens, seeing all the tulips and other flowers. Loved the displays made from flowers, and nice place to walk around, enjoy flowers, fountain, windmill, and just being outdoors. Great souvenir shop and there is a place to buy food.
Very very good. Also very busy pick your time, the earlier the better to get ahead of the crowds. Catering is quite efficient although prices as could be expected on the high side. Well worth visiting.
Very beautiful place to Visit. If you like to be surrounded by beautiful flower or just nature plan to stay the entire day .it is family friendly kids have enough to do while yu as an adult can just soak up Nature and Peace
What an amazing garden! This year's theme, Flower Power, was depicted very well. Timing was right for this year's visit as flowers were in midst of full bloom.
The MOST Beautiful flower garden in the World!!!!!!!
Lovely experience!!! You should definitely go of you admire flowers during spring!
A beautiful garden where millions of flowers - tulips, hyacinths, daffodils - bloom in Spring. Easily reachable by public transport and tour buses from Amsterdam
Must come at the time garden open ortherwise will be full with Chinese tour.
An amazing day. Caught the bus from Schiphol airport, so easy and stress free. Some amazing displays of beautiful flowers. The crowds are quite big but if you get there before the lunch time rush or stay later in the afternoon then you can avoid most of them.
It is a wonderful place. I love it. Congratulations!
Definitely must-go location.
Pics say it all.
Flowers were lovely however it was still pretty crowded at Monday 9am and it got worst which made it less enjoyable. About a third of the flowers are already gone. Birds of prey show was underwhelming; couldn't see much and they did not say where is was being held.
Was it worth the hour travel? No, comparatively groot-bijgaarden in Belgium was less crowded and easier to get to. Not worth going if you've only got a week in Amsterdam.
Romance@Keukenhof 2018. How dutch do you want it? Flowers and windmill. Great day in the sun.
Second trip to the tulip garden. We entered 2 days before they close; many, many tulips were gone. I felt it should have been a discounted ticket foe what we saw.
Its easy to get there, you could buy the ticket in Schipol airport, the tickets has included the return bus from Schipol. I was visiting Keukenhof this spring, its super beautiful. Please make sure you already charge your camera and cell phone as the photo spots are too many
Nature at it's best. Lots of tulips and variety of flowers are the best thing to look for in keukenhof. Best place in world for clicks
Marvelous place. Tulips all over the place. A visit worth the money. Expect a lot of people visiting this place and sometimes hard to find a seat
One of the best place to visit in Amsterdam. Open for 2 months only in an year. So if you are visting during mid March to mid May do visit you wont regret.
Lovely tulips, massive and busy flower garden. Tulips come on April only
It's the dream garden of all who love nature and flowers. Before it ends, go spend a day there. Breathe in deeply, sit still among the flowers, lie on the green carpet or relax on a bench... It's your choice.
Being open only 2 months a year this place is swarmed by people from all over the world. My personal opinion is that it is way to overrated. You can only find flowers and that's it.
There is no room to do anything.
Price is way to high for what it offers. Honestly the fields around the place are much more interesting than this. Maybe once in a lifetime you have to see it. But then again maybe not.
So all in all I don't think this is a must do.
Everything it's made out to be and more. Take a whole day if possible.
only open during spring march to may. Prepare yourself because it can be too crowded, especially if there is an occasion. We came when there is a flower parade and the place was packed with too many tourists. We couldn't fully enjoy it.
