Very beautiful gallery. It was my second time inside. My one complain is that there were no paintings from Degas at the moment, although they are included in the permanent exhibition. I asked the staff and they explained that sometimes some paintings are being held in storage and others are shown. That is fine and I get it. There were more stuff from Picasso this time around. I just wish someone had informed me about this before I bought my ticket, because Degas is one of my favourites.

One of the most fascinating museums in Western Europe that I know: a very large own inventory of the most renowned artists / paintings up to the recent present and always at least one current exhibition of the finest (my assessment relates to quality, NOT to taste!).
Entry about 15 euros for 4 !!! Floors plus basement, incl. Very dignified, stylish, nice cafe and large shop - I find the price (regular, there are many options for a discount) absolutely appropriate, you can really relax for a few very nice hours due to the beneficial spaciousness of the rooms - apart from crowded opening days if necessary - spend here: Students up to 19 years of age free entry !!!!! (P.S. My photos refer almost exclusively to modernity and therefore do not represent a representative cut - even in the current exhibitions 3/2020)

Whether or not you are an art lover, the Albertina is a must-see and a must-see in Vienna. The incredible feeling of being in front of works by Miguel Angel, Picasso, Monet, Henri Moore, etc ... is something unforgettable. A museum that keeps the essence of these artists alive and that makes you fall in love and values the quality of their work even more. I dream of going back.

Every time I visit the Albertina I go out ecstatic and satisfied. In April 2018 he exhibited a collection of really nice Viennese watercolors. Unfortunately, the studies of great artists, which in the past I had been able to see, for conservation reasons, are no longer exposed. Such a pity.

Cool.

Dedicated mainly to temporary exhibitions. The palace is beautiful and tidy. Few facsimile pieces of the permanent collection of prints are exhibited but the beauty of the place and the quality of the temporary exhibitions recommend a visit.

Joy!

Only a dozen facsimiles of the beautiful designs from the famous collection are on display. I asked about it and they don't expose them to protect them from light. I think it is a problem that affects many works of art and that a room with soft or low intensity lights could be adopted as a solution.

Truly a beautiful museum! Temporary exhibitions, which change quite frequently, are very interesting and well-kept. I made the six-monthly card, which is certainly convenient and which, in addition to the infinite number of entrances, each time includes the rental of the well-developed audio guide. Recommended!

Incredible musum in an incredible building. The tour guides were great and showes a true care and interest for what they were speaking about. Recommended for schools and students as well as adults. Children will also enjoy parts of the museum and their interactive exhibitions. Had a great variety of art. The temporary Monet exhibition was also a once in a lifetime experience.
