Sublime. Very good display of paintings and fantastic Habsburg rooms...

It was a huge experience to go through quality exhibitions! If you love art and culture, be sure to target it!

One of the best art museums in Vienna. Is contains two and a half floors. I would allocate about 2 hours plus to see all the exhibits. Besides the world class paintings, there is a section of the museum of palace type rooms with period decor.

Nice, also the alternating exhibitions of the smaller artists.

Some exhibitions are top notch, others are more about pushing artists. Selective visits with prior inquiries are recommended.

Very boring but I'm still young there is not the art very interesting

This is actually a very good square to sit and chill out while you're wandering around in Vienna; there are of course many places to have a meal and I really enjoyed the view.

It did not particularly impress us as a museum. In Vienna we have seen better ones. However, the part of Monet and Picasso is very beautiful.

It's kind of amazing for a museum of this level to sell access to all of its exhibits for the price of regular admission.

An institution for fine arts in the heart of Vienna .. always worth a visit

Superb collection of paintings, that you can get close up to in a historic building. You can also see the rooms of this building. Unlike many art galleries, you can take photos of the paintings. Allow at least two hours for your visit.

A magnificent imperial museum a stone's throw from the hoffburg, offering a vast exhibition fruit of 4 private collections, the link between the classics of the past like Durer, joining the French impressionists, or even works of typically Viennese artists like Rudolf von alt. Temporary exhibitions like Viennese watercolors or atmospheric photos from 1930 to 1960

One of the best art museums. The temporary collections are excellent and well curated. The location is close to other attractions in Vienna.

Very good Monet's show in addition to a permanent collection, crazy people (employees warn you kindly if you did not give away a backpack in the wardrobe), including the permanent collection Picaso, Renoar,. . . very interesting.

Fantastic art collection, we enjoyed, it took us over 2 hours

Think of it as a modern art museum, not an old house. In addition to that the museum. At the time of the event, there were exhibits displaying lessons from Monet to Picasso.
Besides the entrance fee, you can borrow a voice guide for 4 euros. If it is a university student or a university student, the commentary is too fine for ordinary people to follow. However, for the home part, the guide's true sense is demonstrated.
It is very helpful for historical matters and details of what is left.
However, there is no Japanese.

Super An art collection of absolute worldwide importance

Nice building, but today I shake my head over the escalator wing they built here twenty years ago, I can't help it, I don't think it even belongs here.

One of the greatest museums both for classic and modern art lovers! Very beautiful galleries, nice music and masterpieces drawn by Rembrandt, Durer, Michaelangelo, Monet, Renoir, Picasso...

Small tip: if you prefer classic art, go to modern art floor firstly, and vice versa.

A superb museum, paintings with value of $$$$$ many and renowned painters

The Albertina Museum in Vienna is a jewel. The collection is a luxury. It allows a beautiful walk through European painting of the last centuries. Although it has nothing to do with the great museums of Madrid, Paris and London (mainly) the Albertina is worth a visit. It's one of those gems that leave a great taste in your mouth

What bothers me is that there is only something to drink in the restaurant. So no chance in between to get a bottle of water ...

It was a nice experience, could have been better if not so crowded. Air gets heavy in some of the exhibition rooms. I recommend to get the entrance ticket online, you will save time for queuing! You will be surprised by the piece of arts they have!

Near the Opera House, the Albertina Museum offers a rich exhibition of renowned painters. The exhibition devoted to Monet is the perfect illustration and retraces the different periods of life of the impressionist painter. Works by other painters such as Picasso, Chagall and Matisse complete this magnificent exhibition. The amazing work of photographer Helen Levitt is also in the spotlight and is well worth the detour.

The Picasso and Monet exhibition was fabulous. I also did the temporary exhibition on Raffael and also did the contemporary art downstairs. Everything was great, and the galleries were set out really well
