Absolutely an amazing experience and I love how they recognize the barriers that we as a community and individual have, and they help you to eliminate them. An honor to work for such an organization. ACAP is a Cornerstone to this Community. In addition the Administration consists of fair and caring Managers. Team members are hands on and the morale within the agency is very positive. It's nice to wake up and look forward to going to work each day!

I like that they have a 3 week educational class and it's quite beneficial. They teach about professionalism and they are very prompt. Also, I love the fact that you're able to take up a few trades to start in your career or just to move on in the job market. They care about you and they want you to succeed.

The absolute worse organization I had ever worked for. The head start program was filled with lots of gossiping bitter women who were very rude to the children often times and staff talk about eachother like cave beasts ...and they gossip about the parents too which I felt was horrible, especially in front of the children. Lots of favoritism needs much change.

I have worked here for the last 2 years and have nothing but positive experiences. Upper management is very supportive and understanding. Benefits and pay are generous. I work with some outstanding people. Have already had a promotion as they believe on promoting within. Zero regrets about coming here and plan on making my career here.
