The absolute worse organization I had ever worked ...

The absolute worse organization I had ever worked for. The head start program was filled with lots of gossiping bitter women who were very rude to the children often times and staff talk about eachother like cave beasts ...and they gossip about the parents too which I felt was horrible, especially in front of the children. Lots of favoritism needs much change.
