Today, Mr. H (manager in Al-Asala) disrespected a customer. He showed unwillingness to provide a new service nor any interest in maintaining good business relation (doesn t have time to talk) to a $50k billed customer few years back.
Along from his team, salesman Mr. M accuses this same customer of lying. Due to not being responsive to phone calls nor being punctual to schedule agreed on, he decided to give false information (job security wise) to his manager after a second complaint which led to all this degraded attitude of both persons to an (what I may call now) ex-loyal customer.
What a shame!
