Horrible lender. This won't let me post without clicking on a star. I'm trying to sell my property, where the buyers are using this company. We are now 24 days past closing, and Alameda Mortgage is not responding to escrow or either Realtor.

We just finance thru Luis Carrera and what a great experience we had. We were buying a home in Paradise Ca and were closing on the day of the Paradise fire that, went thru our town. It took a bunch to get this purchase to go thru since so much has happened due to the fire. The house was still standing and Luis would say it will be alright. We will get it done. Luis was there all the way. He is a fighter. He will roll his sleeves up and get it done.
