It was super fun for movie night...minus the roaches. I don t play bug games. I was fine when back in my car

Alaskan pig racing is always a good show. Fireworks were better than expected.

Great location near downtown and close to a lot of amenities. A little small and cramped but in the middle of the fairgrounds.

The Alameda County Fair draws residents from across the Bay Area. There is plenty of lawn space, lots of indoor spaces for hot days, and a variety of foods for the whole family.

We had a great time here. There's plenty for all ages that is included with the cost if admission. Of course there are the extras that every kid will be begging for, but it's also possible (if you're strong enough not to give into those little pleas) to have a great time at a reasonable price. We watched a horse race, saw X-Games winners do crazy stunts, watched pig races, petted farm animals and watched drummers, acrobats and magicians.

Lots of places to go and many things to experience, though you'll be spending most of your time waiting in line to get something you can finish within 1/10 of your wait time

Parking to the fair and at the front gate is expensive this year. At least the fair is much bigger and lots of food shops and exhibit to see

Lots of events year round! Traffic is most of the time well managed but still can be very bothersome. Beware: everything food related inside is overpriced and not good at all. Ice beverages can cost $5! Corn dogs can cost just under $10! Just add 50% to everything usually priced and you have the Fair pricing!

I took a group of Mentally challenged adults. Asked their homes for money so they could all buy lunch. Went on first day Fri. BIG MISTAKE! Missed the first gate & due to parade my GPS had us go in curcles,so finally getting to the first gate we were an hr after it opened. Now I have to find food each want. No one had fries. All only had a brick for 13$ a Hot Dog or Hamburger 10!Dollars! Nothing on them nothing special. Never again! By the time we all ate walked 2 buildings time for us to leave. I don't know if I'll take them again. Just because you offer free entry don't rip ppl off w/food that is nothing special & not that good. I had the foot long corn dog. Never again it was not that good.If I take them again we will eat before we get there.

It is an awesome place to be at every year. A lot to see, play and eat for the whole family. You could spend all day here and still not able to see everything. Just buy a wrist band for $30, and they could ride all day. FUN.

Kids should not be working here. My battery died and they wouldnt let the tow truck in and when he was able to get in they told him the wrong directions...wow.. Happy 4th of july

Had a great time there. Haven't been to a county fair in long time. My wife decided that we should go & check it out so we did. We did some shopping at some Nice booths with a wide variety of stuff that you could perches. Then we ate some excellent food & drank some Good beer. Then we took on couple rides & won some prizes on few of the games. What a great day.

A very large fairgrounds. The quality somewhat ranges from building to building, but they're all pretty nice. Good for very large events and charity organizations. Would not recommend a wedding here though, the floors are beat up cement.

Dusty over crowded I would rather stay home but it can be fun if you're meeting people for an event.

I been enjoying this fair since I was a kid and now I bring my daughter and friends to the fair.

Grew up a few blocks from here. The facilities and access was fast and easy. Great job!

Lantern light festival was great. The food lines sucked and they ran out of most food right before I got up to window after waiting 30 minutes inline. Desserts were ok and plentiful.

It's good way to kill a couple of hours.. Horse racing if you're in a betting mood.. oversized Turkey legs if like Turkey and $12 beers

I always love coming here no matter what they have going on the fairgrounds always host superbly.

An annual experience to be shared with the family and friends. They had a lot of rides for the kids and the food selections were very good.

An excellent fair, a little expensive meals, should not charge tickets!

This was a nice place for a tradeshow but I was shocked to have had to pay for even a basic plastic tablecloth and parking as a vendor. Facilities were clean and the staff were great though. Concessions were really pricey. I appreciated the separate vendor parking area. That was really nice.

I had a good time with my family. The food was good. Although my body wasn't feeling it days later. Only because I don't eat that way. There were many food vendors and the lines were crazy long.

The first day of the fair for the 2019 year was awesome. Entrance was free til 3pm and you can obtain a stamp to come back. Parking near the kiddie area, horsetrack, is $20. There are two other lots that are $15, and $10. Overall a good time lots.of new activities for the young ones along the farm animal grassy area.

Food, food everywhere. Everyone was having a blast. It was also very inexpensive. Another first for me, never been to the Alemeda fair in the past, but I look forward to next year.

there wasn't a fair it's being used as a base camp for the firefighters..

Fun place. Traffic and parking really tests your patience. I would recommend coming closer to sunset as there seemed to be less traffic, but also because it would be much cooler temperature, making it more enjoyable.

A great place to take the family and have fun, specially during the Alameda County Fair. You will be in for a treat, and there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Great fair this year and the landscape exhibits are outstanding. The big expo buildings all have air conditioning, which is a plus on a hot day.

Attended a convention - they have improved the chairs since last year. Very limited food availability and the parking is spendy with no in-and-out privileges.

The Alameda County Fairgrounds is a great venue for so many different events every year. Certainly the key event of every year is the Alameda County Fair. What is really nice about this facility is it is made up of so many different sub sections and buildings, you never get bored at any event. However, sometimes people tend to get lost because there are so many.

Went here for the pirates of emerson bay haunted theme park. It was ok they need to allow more time for actors to reset before sending im another group.

The best place for walking and have a great day with a family.

Great shows, awesome facilities, clean, well kept with a friendly staff. Very impressive!

Fall Festival Arts and Craft was nothing to write home about. Wont attend this event again.
