If our department didn't use the Aladtec staff management system I'd go crazy. It's easy, convenient and affordable. We absolutely love it from top to bottom. I highly recommend trying it.

We have been using the Aladtec software for over two years. The system allows my Deputy Chief to develop and finalize the monthly schedule in a fraction of the time. We all have priorities each day and this system allows you to spend more time on other challenges then the schedule each day. We also use the system to generate apparatus work orders and have them directly e-mailed to our in house E.V.T. The tech support is first class. We have been using Aladtec's Fire Manager for over three years now and it is still performing everything we need it to. When I look back in the day when we used to use Excel Spreadsheets for scheduling and having 5 people with edit capabilities and the problems we had with who had the most up to date copy of the schedule, I have a sigh of relief that we don't have that problem anymore. As our department grows even more and we are finding it more difficult to fill our shifts, we are finding additional features we did not realize was capable that helped us out. For example, we were able to put warnings in for members reaching over-time status so we can control it a little better. We have not ventured into the reports too much but the reports we do have work great for us! Every department around us is now using Aladtec and I have been helping some of them out with setup, even though the setup is super easy! Great program and great people to help with any questions.

I have been using Aladtec for staff scheduling, and other workforce management tasks, for ten years. I ve introduced it in every service where I ve been a Director. I have used other systems but Aladtec is by far the best. This system stands out because it is great for both admin and field staff. Many systems are easy for the admin staff to run, because that s who the provider is selling the software to, but the member users hate it because it is hard to use or not intuitive. Aladtec however, is easy to use and intuitive for all; it takes almost no hands-on training to get new users up and running. Aladtec is an amazing company to work with. Their support team and staff are some of the best I have ever dealt with in any industry."

Aladtec is a powerful, well-rounded employee management tool. Initially we wanted a reliable, cloud-based schedule. What we found quickly was Aladtac's system offers much more than we thought we needed. The user-defined database keeps track of everything from emergency contact data to licensure and certifications. We can easily keep track of who has attended training, meetings and special events. The system has customizable reports that allow us to dynamically audit payroll to prevent costly human error, as well as giving us reports about prioritizing on-call, overtime and leave opportunities. One of my favorite features is the real-time availability (a valuable time-saver when filling shifts). We also love the reminders 24-hours prior to the shift so no one "forgets" to come in.
