TILG has been an integral part of my life for nearly 10 years and WITHOUT THEM I WOULDNT HAVE MADE IT TO MY PENSION OR MY POST-INJURIES DREAMS!!! I finally was able to buy a home and move my parents in with me & my son, and get a new car after 15yrs!!!! Its just nice to finally get to enjoy LIFE (as a Spectator)( after a life altering and career-ending fall with multiple injuries) after fighting LNI 13yrs! BUT ITS LIFE!!

The staff is AMAZING!! Starting from the Receptionist all the way to the Attorney!! COMPASSIONATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PERSISTENT, BRILLIANT, HARD-WORKING, FORTHRIGHT, AND UNDERSTANDING... There just isn't enough adjectives to describe the care you will receive!!! My Atty had a Philosophy Degree which helped when it came to questioning Defense Witnesses. My Paralegal was once a Vocational Counselor which helped handle all the Vocational issues amongst other problems. This team has hidden talents that will get you to your Finish Line!! Scott was recommend to me from a friend to help me out with my L&I claim I was having a problem dealing with on my own. I called Scott and let him know what was going on and he took it from there. He was knowledge, helpful and was great about responding to emails and returning phone calls in a timely manner.
It was a great experience considering the situation, and I will be recommending them to friends and family if they are ever in need of an injury lawyer.

We were referred to Ms. Clowers and team in October 2020 to seek representation for my Down's Syndrome brother who was punched several times in the face (broke his eye socket) and abdomen by his care giver. We have pictures, police reports, and his caseworker escalated the case to the state.

The paralegal, Mr. Lopez finally got back with us in Dec. and after we sent all paperwork, we were told they would take the case and would be sending the papers for us to sign. As of today, March 3, 2021, we have had to continually reach out to see what is going on, are they taking the case or not. After multiple attempts to reach Mr. Lopez, he again said the papers were coming. We even had to contact the referring attorney for help getting Mr. Lopez to call us back!

Today, March 3, 2021, we received a call and email from Mr. Lopez that they would not be taking the case and wished us well.

Ms. Clowers, attorney, has never contacted us and we are now several months past the incident. Had they been more professional and up front with us, we could have worked with another attorney and not delayed our case if they didn't want to take it on.

My only experience with this law firm has been with Mr. Lopez, a paralegal, and for this reason I would strongly suggest looking for another law firm to represent you!

I have great results from this law group! They stayed with me for the entire time of my Labor &Industries claim (ten years). I would recommend Tacoma Injury Law Group to anyone! Thank you Pablo!
