I originally wrote an entire paragraph about this awesome dealership but unsure what happened to it here! So I am doing it again! My husband, who is now deceased, and I ALWAYS have used Al Serra. They offer fast and reliable service. All their service advisors are helpful, friendly and seem to enjoy their work. We have purchased our vehicles here and ALWAYS use the service and repair area as well. I really don t understand those negative comments as I have had None! They always go above and beyond. Maybe those posting very negative comments came in to the dealership with a negative attitude. I find if you treat people well, they will do the same to you!
My most recent service check up about two weeks ago, the service was scheduled on the website (awesome website) and I dealt with Ethan. He is amazing!! When it appeared service was going to take more than two hours, he arranged quickly for me to have a loaner for the next few hours to make an important appointment! Total surprise that I was able to get the vehicle without cost!!
Thanks for all the good work at your dealership!! I tell all my friends and neighbors asking what a great place to do business!!
