Al Bustan Centre & Residence Review

Hotel of a good standard. Breakfast included in the night. A bit far from the shopping areas but the metro station is close.

Well, Dubai definitely impressed me. I would like to come back here, definitely yes, but in 10 years to see how much it will change, given their pace of construction and infrastructure development. Hotel Al Bustan is probably the best solution for a budget, but very comfortable stay. My impressions: service 5; food 5; location 4; transport accessibility 5; staff 5; numbers 5; proximity infrastructure 5; pool 3. I definitely recommend !!!

Clean rooms, but a bit old fashioned.
The staff the front desk are very helpful. The staff. At the lobby and room service are very cooperative and respectful.
The very close station is very convenient. Taxi and kareem service are of no shortage too.

For the first timers with its multiple block entrances it's a little complicated but the overall experience is ok given its shops, burger, and tram station next door (compared to other places in Dubai)

Good for GOWN shopping .. little expensive but worth for value.. not much crouded ..

Brands like McDonald, monalisa, wedding dress etc, atm, supermarket available

I love this place Hadi and everything close to you and I came to this place from 11 years old

Mall is worst except for woman dresses and suites are pleasant

The rooms are sad. Power monotonous. On the 3rd day tired. The location is also not very good. But the metro is nearby, taxis are inexpensive.

rude staffs, especialy telefon operator named marlon rude and misbehave. worst experience. hotel is overpriced not worth money. I wil not cam back again.

A Good place to meet business associates with serious environment.

Located away from rush area but with easy access to all major destination in Dubai & Sharjah. Adjacent to Al Ahli Club and Lulu Hyper Market, Al Qusais. Most shops there sell costumes for Arab Wedding. Also there is one Supermarket inside the complex. Parking is free for 3hrs.

Best place for meeting clients and having cup of coffee

It is very small and does not contain a lot of shops

Great service and great food. I stayed for three months. Wi-Fi is sufficiently fast as well.

What kind of charge yu people are charjing for parking.even you go to purchase from the same mall after 30 minute 5 dhs even you spent 500 dhs in the mall and came back ..There are lot of mall in uae ne er loot customers in this wayy

Good shopping mall with good shops with variety collections.

The mall has a weird smell of spices, cheap detergents and overall dampness.

Place is good for shopping specially for ladies fancy dresses
