Not bad hotel... a bit expensive comparing with the same kind hotels

Of course, it is a high standard apartment, of course it consists of 4 Amayer each building for a specific category according to booking, hotel service is good and cleanliness is good, the area has no security problems and there is no hassle because there is no nightclub there, there is a shopping mall in the ground floor For architecture and there is a supermarket, I hope you provided this review

The hotel is average, not always a normal bath, and everything is OK. Fed for breakfast is good, but monotonous

I love booking Al Bustan Hotel when I am in Dubai UAE. Al Bustan hotel room are more like apartments rooms than hotels, also has free wifi access, swimming pools and and gym. Plus near it has KFC and Pizza Hut and it has lot public transportation nearby to take you downtown Dubai or to Dubai International airport which is 8 minute away by taxi. Taxi service are affordable in UAE. So next time you are in Dubai UAE I recommend you book Al Bustan hotel.

Nice place close to Al Nahda station. The markets below have beautiful dresses for brides and wedding events. Affordable price.

There is a supermarket for me. McDonald's restaurants are excellent and look nice. I like it on the street in a lively area.

This place is a go to for people leaving in Al Nahda and Quasis. Have ADCB bank at 1 corner and Shakalan Market at other. Also have other amenities available within the center.

A great place to relax touristy tourist. Huge pluses: this is the kitchen in the room, transfer to the beach, delicious breakfasts, nearby shops, bus stops and the metro.

A nice clean hotel .. but bathrooms needs renovation and carpets needs to be cleaned or changed . And yeah breakfast can be better... the indian manager at the breakfast was very helpful qnd made sure everybody was comfortable. Very near to the metro and bus station and lots of eating and shopping options nearby

Very bad.... free parking is only for half an hour. Couple of months back when i visited it was 3 hours free parking. Overall rating is 1*

Excellent place for shopping in western gowns. Bridal wear n bridesmaid. Also shops for textiles. A day is not enough.

The rooms are round the clock humidity and unpleasant smell. Cleaned up badly. The staff is friendly. Near the metro.

I love this place. It's the place of choice for all the special need events due to wheelchair friendly accessibility. It's a small shopping centre that all the essentials and a few fast food outlets as well!

Rasasi brand, dubai Islamic atm, coffe shops and one of the best clothing shops in town

The room has a kitchenette, on the ground floor of the hotel there is a supermarket with reasonable prices, it is very convenient

We used it as Emirates Layover. Nice hotel, very quiet. Location about 25minutes from city center via Dubai taxi and about 10 minutes via the Dubai Metro which is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel/behind the hotel. It has a mini premium/high-end shopping mall inside it

Al bustan center and residence is commercial and residential place in al Nahda, it has got a hotel and restaurants and other amenities in it. Place is good to stay and cost effective as well. Metro and bus stops are very close to the place. Rooms are quite good in size. Advance reservation is advisable as the place in season get occupied soon. Overall the place is good for family stay.
