Al Areen Palace & Spa Review

First of i wanna thank the stuff gigie and rio and chef rani for the amazing service second of all i wanna say that the was so delicious and tasty the customer service was excellent I advise everyone to come visit this place you will not regret anything.

The best Maki I ever had in Bahrain. It is a must to taste the 100% sumptuous Maki of Al Areen Palace and Spa.

I was craving a Maki for the past 2 days and lucky enough to made a right decision to taste the Keizo's all time favorite delicacies originally from Asia. Thank you Chef Joel, for the simple yet elegant plating presentation of my order. I was satiated and loaded beginning from my eyes, mouth and down to my divided 4 quadrant abdomen. I was filled with astonishment to Ms. Gigie for her delighted attitude and patiently served/ delivered my choice of order even she walked under the peak rays of the golden sun. Mr. Satrio was so brilliant, hospitable and entertained me like a guest and more like a princess. What I appreciated most from them aside from the food was the SMILE that they wore from the beginning until the end. Job well done! Keizo team, MAGNIFICO!

Amazing resort, well worth the price. Who else wouldn't want their own pool, sauna, and jacuzzi in their private Villa? Perfect for Romantic get-aways.

This is one of the "go-for-it" hotels of all times. I've stayed here couple of times and every time they impress me even more. everything is GREAT. the service, the room, the amenities, the staff as well they was very helpful and kind specailly .. Mr Sayed Ahmed .. !! would totally recommend you staying here .. !!!

Midsummer Cafe-BSB, I experience that the staff has a good customer service especially Marites and Atif.. They know how to deal their respective customers sometime they have a tricks,, each in every customer that purchase they give a. Quotes / message and you feel that your are important to then and of course the satisfaction whoever go there . They know how to deal on it. KEPT it up! The best resort to enjoy Winter with very private villa hot swimming pool the resort far away from the city but the reception staff offer us some activities place very near so you can enjoy more the zoo was amazing for the kids thanks to Ahmed guest relations manager for the excellent service and Mahmoud the butler really was amazing

had a wonderful night celebrating my anniversary arranged with help of Mr. Jaffar Hassan starting from reception with a great welcome and he was very helpful to us and had a great dinner in Rimal restaurant with a nice arranged romantic table, moreover I would like to thank Mr. Arab for his great hospitality service during our nice dinner in Rimal restaurant.

It was a great moments that we will never forget and always wishing to return back.

I'm appreciating Mr. Jaffar Hassan for his suggestion in making such events in Al Areen Palace as we really enjoyed it and was different from the other past years.

I asked for a romantic set up before i come since i am a honeymooner and i paid accordingly. However, the preparations was not ready when I arrived and it suppose to include a cake but it did not come! I tried to call the operations not less than 4 times on order to bring the cake but it came at the end of the 2nd night after i ordered another room service stuff! I was so embarrassed in front of my new wife because the way i got treated! And this is the third time i come to al Areen Place not my first time but unfortunately it was a fail as a honeymooner! Add to that the villa cost a lot of money not a regular room in a hotel. Expensive rooms equal exceptional service! I m so disappointed.

Room service is fast .. as expected.
Large swimming pool and very hot water for the jacuzzi .. In addition to the existence of a steam bath.
Log out is easy. It does not exceed seconds and in the voila.
Local meat by request (room service).

Reception worse than bad. You may waste more than an hour between your sign-in and waiting procedures.
The pool is full of bird feathers .. Not generally clean.
Prices are especially high during the seasons ..
Do not allow anything in the swimming pool to be placed in a bath towel. The offender shall be fined with excessive amounts.
The food in general (from room service) is very ordinary. And overpriced prices.

Very elegant, beautiful and relaxing place to stay at your own rented villa. A bit pricey though, but definitely worth it for special occasions.

Perfect destination for families to spend time on holiday or vacation. The hotel has privacy as its located in a very nice place! Their services are undoubtedly the best in Bahrain and not to forget to visit Keizo!

The place is luxurious and stylish. I enjoyed my stay and definitely looking forward for my next stay. They also have a spa...Extremely happy

Pricey but lovely holiday villas away from the busy city surroundings. Great spa. They have a very good Japanese restaurant as well as a very good Indian / Arabic restaurant.

Just had dinner here at Keizo, amazing service and food. And also special thanks to Rio and Gigi for taking care of us and making sure we got everything we needed. Definitely going to come back again. Food was exquisite!

The ambience of the place is beautiful. And the staff service was something you d want to experience. To take out 4 particular employees, Mrs. Marites, Mrs.Gigie, Chef Santa and Chef Ranjith that took care of us and our needs. Amazing place, must visit. Their harees and Grills are something you should try.

Excellent ambience for a perfect night out for a Ramadhan Ghabgha. We all had good fun and enjoyed good music with a sumptuous buffet which was very lavishly laid.

I came with my friends for gabga we had a good time best food the station outside was good thanks to chef joel chef santa chef manjula chef lakhi and chef ranjith at the dessert we enjoyed everything the great service by the most polite and friendly ever smiling waiters maritess margaret gigie yasin iqbal and rejendra and the best shisha by mustafa waw thank you guys we will visit soon inshallah

Very nice and integrated in all places, but the resort lacks a supermarket: (
Breakfast is crazy, you don't miss the best thing, because healthy options are many and varied
There is a problem that golf cars stab you from 15 minutes to 20 minutes

Cool place to stay .. the pool in the open so the dust will make aproblem to some people

This is an awesome property, brilliant service and excellent food, the rooms are all suites, the swimming pool is inside the suite. There is also a fabulous spa here. Undoubtedly one of the best properties in Bahrain.

This review is for Iftar buffet ..

Great food, Good atmosphere, very good service for Iftar..
Music was fine however when they turned on rock songs or DJ .. it was inappropriate for Iftar and annoying.

I would go for Iftar buffet again :)

Good resort but old
Saba is not expensive

It's a locality with the high housing prices.The villas there are expensive but the romantic ambiance of the place makes this place worth going.The interior colors are soothing and the furniture is comfortable.There are five restaurant options there:rimal,saffron,rotiboti,keizo and in villa dining.
I have tried the roti boti restaurant.It's an authentic Indian cuisine and the food is really scrumptious.You can sit on the terrace in order to enjoy the view of the main courtyard of the hotel.

Very memorable experience.

Excellent ambient & service inside the villas. Breakfast was decent with variety of choices. Grill-dine-in was suburb. Preparations & food quantities were generous. The amount of detail-care is fantastic.

The minute we entered; one of the villas was filled with mosquitos, we called them to find a solution & they fixed it in no time. Place was perfect.

The only thing was; that we lost 2 baby bags on our way checking-out, we had lots of stuff, so the driver had to come & go twice. It must ve fallen during the transfer in the golf-cars, we followed-up with them, but they were nowhere to be found.

Overall; we enjoyed our 4-day stay. Definitely returning.

A great resort receptionist was helpful, Sister Fay, wonderful spa services, quick exchange staff, and helpful staff. Greetings to sister Amani, Eman and Ahmed

The place is a luxury one where you can have a villa with private swimming pool. The only thing that wasn t great is the check-in and checkout process which took an hour for me to checkout after many calls too reception which sound ironic as i asked for late checkout from beginning but they refused. Anyhow, the breakfast was great with many options and the resort deserve a visit.

The resort is beautiful and wonderful but the service is very bad The room is not fully prepared without a rose in the swimming pool and without fruit and without a mini bar I called the fruit and mini bar from 4 pm till now 9 pm Unfortunately I never responded and I called them twice the first time and the hour 8 and no life to call me now and now I discovered what I got

First time in Alaren yesterday. Really Enjoyed ourself. The manager allow us to take walk in the hotel and also showed us the spa and room. Very good Food and drink in the hotel. Reception also go with me to the vila and explain all.
