Extremely disappointed from the hotel management ....

Extremely disappointed from the hotel management . Simply damaged my car by throwing it outside in the sun during summer ( interior damaged , some lights in the dash isn't working anymore ) although I paid for the premium rooms which has a dedicated parking in the basement .

And funny enough when I complained to the management(" manager name "MINA" they simply said " sorry, we will Keep that in our records and make sure that we park your car better" and they simply won't do anything towards the current damages that occurred. And when I told him is that it ! And u ok to lose a regular customer for your staff mistake he nods his head and said as u like. What a perfect customer service . What an amazing experience from such a big chain of hotels.

And for the record, I checked out to continue my vacation in dubai in another rotana hotel but of course I will never step in there again
