We stayed between 29 July and 2 August. a preferable hotel. I can say that the price / performance relationship is balanced.
The hotel consists of 3 blocks. We stayed in the 1st Block. The closest block to the restaurant and main pool. We had a half mountain and half sea view. The location was fine. The old decor and furnishings of the interior of the room are not visually spectacular. There is a curtain in the tub. These are the minuses. Soft drinks, mineral water, beer, soft drinks and fruit juice are available in the minibar. Tea set and biscuits & pretzels were also offered at extras. Bath tubs are complete, from toothbrush to shaving set. There are also bathrobes. Also, because it was our second stay, we had fruit and wine in our room.
The reception is very polite and friendly. They greeted us at the door, the first impression was good. I have never filled out my own form in any hotel, including akka alinda. It was the first time I filled out a form in Antedon, the ETS attendant or hotel attendant could fill it in the off-peak period. I am not writing as a deficiency, but it affects a situation and impression that we are accustomed to from other hotels.
The hotel's garden, location and beach are very beautiful. It's not in a huge area, so everything is close. There is plenty of wood. Mountains, sea and greenery give you peace of mind. I did not see any lack of cleaning in public areas.
The quality of the drink and its brands are really successful, for example new raki ala, gordon & befeather as gin, olmeca tequila, chivas & jack daniels whiskey, tuborg, carlsberg etc. etc. There are good brands. They give beer and colas in bottles, I think this is a good opportunity. On the other hand, cocktails are not tasty for such high quality brands. I attribute this to the bartenders being periodic. Also, whenever I wanted a cocktail in the evening, I had no supplies left at the beach bar and I got it back. If it is over, it needs to be renewed, that bar is open until 00:00. This is also a shortcoming. Also, I didn't like Turkish coffee. They were cooking in the old style coffee machine with plug, I don't like that flavor. There is a coffee house called Cafe Predo. The coffee varieties here were fine.
The variety of open buffet meals is sufficient, the taste is very good. The place is like a buffet in the open area where omelettes & toast are made in the mornings and grilled in the evening. Since there are no fans here, employees sweat a lot. Seeing that sweaty image gives a negative image in terms of hygiene. The smiling faces of the employees are also falling, this should be corrected. In addition, pancake sisters make omelettes in the mornings. I think there is a deficiency in this issue due to not being a cook. It was as if the number of employees was not balanced against the potential during the holidays.
I loved the appetizer alacarta. 20 kinds of appetizers, warm starters, mixed grills and desserts are offered.
I can say really bad for snack. The menu is minimal, the service is bad. Space is insufficient. We wanted Antedon pizza, 3 lines of ingredients were written on the menu, but a slice of sausage was divided into 4. Many times our order did not arrive, it was delayed. Once it was said that it was forgotten and the kitchen was closed when we reminded it.

Let's talk about the most critical issue I found to be missing in customer relations. I did not see any security guards around. Each hotel has a security guard on the pier who kills a life. was not here. It came out of the wind and flew over my friend. If they did not hold it, the rusty and sharp place would be stuck. The lifesaver left the umbrella at our feet. There is nothing to ask for my remembrance nor to check other umbrellas instead of connecting. The duty manager and customer relations listened to this notification in detail, took notes, apologized, but did not give me any notification about the action taken. Moreover, I did not see any security guard on the pier.
I found the animation team successful. The waterpark is small but sufficient.
After the evening shows, I didn't like the live music performed as an after party. There should be more successful groups.
