Variety types, good offers and good after-sales service

AJM Kooheji Group B.S.C. (c) is one of the most renowned business powerhouses in Bahrain today. The Group brings to Bahrain highly prestigious, globally recognized brands, in addition to having its own product lines that are well known on the island.

They are cheaters and will not abide by the warranties. They are rude and have awful customer service they treat people very poorly. One of the worst companies in Bahrain in terms of honesty and integrity avoid at all costs.

They sell LG home appliances. Went there to check after their outlet sales. Professional staff. Didn't buy anything yet but when I make my mind up about which fridge I want I'm happy to go back and get it

After sales service is painfully pathetic. Its been more than 3 months since I have had issues with a refrigerator and they have found no solution to the issue and are refusing accept my demand for a replacement. The product is under warranty and has been bought a little over 4 months back.

Showroom people weren't friendly enough but look for Shagi workshop manager he is the best he can do all and very helpful!

Very bad treatment for the customer was waiting in the shop and no one answered our inquiries, although the employee was notified of the need to inquire about sales, but did not serve us any one .. I do not recommend it and the staff they need to have courses in how to deal with customers

Modern business is totally inspired by the idea of customer convenience, the visual merchandising represent the style and taste of the people, the brand that is most popular among the masses possess the front commercial shelving of the store, store marketing inside and outside the store is adding huge turnover, this conversion is lifting up the store into success.

Even after having a 70% discount this store was extremely overpriced and didnt have a huge range of products as advertised

Nice Showroom but the staff are useless was there for 15 mins and left without any one of them even look at me

The showroom is big and nice with a decent parking lot for the customers. However, the Staff are not helpful and will not even reach the satisfactory level of customer service.

The warehouse staff and the security guard there had more customer service experience than the one that are called customer service representatives in the showroom.

I added 1 extra star just for them and 1 specific star for Ajlan, he was helpful and followed up on my order from the moment I contacted him on the weekend until I received my order.

The LG products are outstanding and they need staff to match that product level.
