The Reserve Cheddar was bought in Canberra Australia at the local market. It was outstanding in everyway., being superior to any of the many local cheeses. A good texture with a mature taste but not over the top when eaten at room temperature.. It certainly was an English Cheddar of distinction. Just to check my taste, I trued it in a blind test against five others; the results confirmed my first initial experience.
