Please don't ever go there, extremely bad management, good building but the managers including Zara Virani are extremely rude and they wont treat you nice. Please don't go to Stanmore Business and Innovation centre, there are two people Zara and Nina both have no idea what to do, they are still learning and new to it. Its a bad place with a bad management!

The former management team (Tom and his colleagues ) were brilliant and Stanmore Business centre was business alike with great environment and efficient . Unfortunately the centre has become source of negativity since the new owners (Karim and his brother and sister ) took the office 3 years ago. Their service is getting worse and their attitude towards clients is disgraceful.
In fact , they look at, correspond and communicate to business owners as tenant not as clients and would easily charge penalty , change the lock and block the access to the office if the rental payment became arrears. They do not care what is going to happen to businesses , money is only important thing to be taken care of in their third world style management. Beyond Bad!

Stanmore BCIC was amazing before when Tom, Mary,Nina And Fiyaz were working there. This place is shambolic and the company should be ashamed of how the new staff is treating clients. Very expensive for what the staff is providing with their poor service. The reception desk currently looks like a warehouse and the pretty faces have dissapeared. What a joke. thats another client gone! cyaa

Good place for business meeting/workshop but on-site catering limited unless pre-booked. Wheelchair accessible.

Amazing offices on reasonable price and closer to Canons Park Station

New international owners are awful, All business in building don't like them or new rules imposed. Old staff all fired off, Price rises and contract changes leaving all new business at disadvantage, which goes against principal and ethos of why it was built.Massive car park issues and over heating in summer (No AC). Dont forget the one male cubicle shared between 15+ businesses a floor... Always dirty.

The SBIC location is lovely - just ensure you have your parking permits correctly displayed and you leave in time.

Devonshire House is better its a few roads away. Inflated prices everywhere, Upset about the parking fines by the men in the brown jackets. NO parking anywhere! nice looking area with CRAZY people.
