So the PayGo Accounting team is not available by phone? Your team is basically and accounts payable and accounts receivable team. Find me one company who's owner would accept this from their accounting team. Telling me they will call me back in 24-48 hours with no call back. Again I call support and get the same responses. "The Pay Go Account Team is not available by phone. The person who is handling your account is named ???. I have sent an email to them for high priority call back. She will call you back accordingly." No she has not. Why is it so difficult to get answers to questions like cancellation fees, refund timeline, or processing fees prior to cancellation. Who runs a business like this?

I registered for a breakfast event to learn more about the company and their services. Traveled 45 minutes to the event, which was scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m., only to show up and find that the restaurant was closed. Once I arrived at my office, I contacted Cvent and found out that the event had been canceled the prior evening and registered attendees were not notified. Since then, I refuse to respond to any emails or voice messages that Cvent leaves for me. I am confident that there is nothing I can learn from Cvent about event management when they cannot even manage their own events in a professional manner.

Sham of a company. Don t expect a partnership if your organization contracts with the company. You will be just an number; and that number for it are the dollar signs. Read the contract closely before signing. If your events are facing a problem Covid, for example do not expect flexibility. Cvent will know
it has your back against the wall and will take advantage of your misfortune.

Is it illegal? No. But, unethical? Absolutely. The most unpleasant experience in my 20 years working in the nonprofit arena.

I've worked in IT for 20 years now and after almost 4 years of employment, I can still say this is the best company I've ever worked for. I have told my immediate supervisor and the CIO that I fully plan on retiring from here.

We've been in the new location for a little over a year now and I still can't get over how nice the facilities are. Plenty of light, a huge kitchen, 10 different types of coffee, and on and on.

The team I work on has an extensive knowledge base. The management staff are great to work for as they go out of their way to be flexible to your needs. Also, you don't see attitudes with senior management - like you do in a lot of companies.

I signed up with Cvent because they put the rush on me telling me Regonline was going to be shut down. I have used Regonline for 15 years. I did three demos with Cvent and saw the "end result". I signed contracts and found that getting to the "end result" was like being in the 7th circle of hell. This system is by no stretch of the imagination a user-friendly, intuitive, logical, efficient system. I spent HOURS on tech support with people in India - who were actually nice but also frustrated with the system. I sent a notice of cancellation for "failure to deliver a logical, efficient, user-friendly, intuitive program" . If you are considering this system, do a provisional event and work the back end. The back end needs to be bombed and built correctly from scratch. It is a system that has been designed by software engineers for software engineers. And don't let them give you a song and dance about the new flex system. They only addressed the design of a registration website using drag and drop. I was on the front lines of getting my clients using online registration software 18 years ago. I am no slouch when it comes to online software programs. Cvent requires VAST improvements to be a system worth spending time and money on.

We became a customer of Cvent in 2008 after being with their competitor for 7 years - and we never looked back. They are a fantastic partner!

We believe in their leadership and entire team. They are progressive and listen to their customers' needs. We use their solution end-to-end as we service our customers in the entire life-cycle of meetings and events - request & process forms, staff assignments, notifications, budgets, venue/hotel sourcing, attendee registration, mobile apps, surveys, cross event reporting, etc.

They continue to raise the bar which allows us to drive efficiency and innovation with our clients.

I signed up with CVENT owned Wedding-Spot.com
They are extremely deceptive and unprofessional. They keep billing me every month and have not provided any listing in return. Don't answer emails or phone calls.
