The job I posted on airtasker was well carried out and I was very pleased with the result.

First time I used Airtasker: it was easy to use, offers were quick to come it and the person I accepted did a great job: responded immediately to messages, was on time and did what he said he would. What more could you ask! Oh, and the price was much better than any commercial vendor.

I have only had positive experiences with Airtasker. Small car and muscles means I get help with moving and buying furniture. Always had friendly and obliging airtasker. I will continue to use this service whenever I need to.

The fee Airtasker takes from the total amount is excessive. I am happy with the work that got done but I was unimpressed with how much they skimmed from the total amount.

I'm a first time user of Airtasker and was very impressed with this service and will certainly be using them again. I will also highly recommend to others that need jobs doing, keep up the good work!

I love airtasker, it's quick, reliable, I like that money is through the app. The people who help out are quite professional and helpful in attitude. It's easy to use, great UX design.

I have posted 4 tasks, and with the exception of the first, offers made on all others have been disappointing.

Contractors seem to cherry-pick tasks, and rely on the assumption that people posting them haven't researched the prime costs, and therefore submit significantly overpriced quotes, even after allowing for Airtasker's commission.

Not good value!

Airtasker is the best, i got my delivery job done within 2 days of ads on their platform. Cheap and customise base on your needs.

Just discovered Airtasker and was amazed by how simple and efficient the system is. Very happy with a job that was completed yesterday. Will definitely use Airtasker again.

The app was so easy to use, got quick responses to my posted task. The person I chose to help with my task was great. Did an awesome job and was an all round nice bloke. My tradie was great. There was a blip with payment which Airtasker fixed as soon as I told them. I don't mind things going wrong as long as they are fixed. So, yep I would use the service again.

Fantastic little app! Used it several times and every task was completed positively! If you need anything quick and urgently done, this is the app!

I recently needed a carpenter, a plumber, a cleaner, and a gardener. All four jobs were replied to and assigned with a matter of hours of my posting my requests. I think it's a great place to find local tradies, gardeners, and handypersons for every task.

William was great, he arrived promptly and transported my furniture in a professional way. He took care and was friendly and helpful

It was so easy to get my job done through Airtasker I will be using them again for all the jobs I need doing around the house

My first Airtasker experience has been nothing but positive. I was totally unaware as to the broad range of services offered. Will definitely use Airtasker on a regular basis.

First time user: I found the app intuitive and easy to use and understand. It s so useful to be able to see Tasker s qualifications, experience and reviews. Much better than a stab in the dark. I won t look in the classifieds so much now.

I have completed 3 tasks with Airtasker and have been happy with all taskers. However, I think the commission charged by Airtasker is ridiculously high.

I am using this app daily for over a year
this App does not give any warning given or explanation why I was indefinitely blocked even though the User Agreement states that posting something not allowed will result in a 7 day ban.

I've had most 5 star reviews and 100% completion rate!

The work was carried out in a timely and quality manner as per the task description. I would therefore recommend Airtasker for anyone needing help to complete similar tasks by suitably experienced and capable people

My first ever Air Tasker and it was easy and smooth process, start to finish. Will use again :)

I needed to move some furniture and was wanting to do it myself. But lo and behold i stumbled into Airtasker. Job was done efficiently, effectively and cheaper than i expected. Sharing economy? What a wonderful idea!!!

Michael helped with suggestions for a better design and took the time to make sure I was happy as the build was happening all in a timely fashion

I use airtasker. They have no phone contact. Whenever you have a problem they seem to send you a template response and do not change things when you show them proof that they have made a mistake. It takes them days to get back to you. fees are extremely high. If you have other options other than them to use, use them instead. Their customer service is almost like a robot in the way they go about addressing your concerns. They cause more headaches than what it's worth.

Needed job done promptly at the end of the day and involved ladder - after posting task on the site was able to get something almost impossible time wise completed by someone close by . The person who did it did a fantastic job at reasonable price

Not everyone is reliable. I learned the hard way that you should always read reviews for tasker and pick someone with a good completion rate.

This is the first time we use Airtasker, we find their response is very good. We are very happy with the service provided. We will continue using this service. Thank you.

Airtasker dont pay gst yet keep fees. They now have cancellation fee expectations when half the people going on are merely needing help and expect a job to be done for free or cheap . Unregistered tradies Unregistered drivers doing tasks others are expected to pay gst on licences for ect so why the f are the rest of us working and paying gst tax and so forth for?
ATO better do an overhaul on airtasker because i and many other registered buisiness will not be paying gst or taxes next tax return.

Airtasker were great to get me out of bother very quickly to do some last minute moving of furniture. The only issue I had is that I thought I'd paid through the email notification but it turns out I hadn't and so had to pay through the app. Probably my old firefox...but the chap had to contact me to tell me to release payment which was a bit awkward. Apart from that eveything was great (and I should update my browser maybe).

Streamlined process. Needed a delivery. Sorted within 30 minutes. Excellent service

Heath regarding NON fair dismissal

The person who decided and made a decision upon the airtasker fee and said no way its just robbery this is people who gave me jobs. They did not want to go through Airtasker as he and she did not want to pay the fee. Why do I have to suffer the consequences because of his decision? It's not only just a one-way streak where task is like myself. Has made a small offer to assess the situation? It is the people that supply the jobs. Why do I have to cop the end of the bat because of this they got paid for all my jobs and this is not good enough
Now I fill that they have just take and the spat me out

And for this job for pick up, Kenthurst drop off, Drummoyne you guys got paid for it, because the person that I dealt with we went through Airtasker I think most people on this app that give out the jobs refuse to pay through Airtasker I have had it a couple of times. And therefore they do not want to pay the fees. I have multiple times ask them to pay it, but they refused to and therefore leave me no choice but to deposit the money to me, as I cannot do work and not get paid. Need to reconsider this. For me, please. I really need this to be put back up. There are multiple people in the situation. I don't understand why I've been taken off and some are still up there. I think to myself personally it's a unfair dismissal. I have recently read your guidelines, and it does make sense, but it does not make sense when the other party does not report. Follow the rules themselves therefore. It's a unfair dismissal. I will dispute this and if need so I will take further action. I feel like you guys have unfairly made a decision without probable cause Or Evidence to prove that I have collected payments after completion most $5 office. I have put through let it up to be a no-go job not completed, but the person themselves has put it through the $5 and gave me a rating of courtesy. To say thanks for your advice and hard at work. Please re-assign me as I see multiple people. Doing these things all the time and are still up on Airtasker You guys have received all payments from me. From everyone that I have done. Only to have been cancelled as the job was not described as described and could not be completed. Because of the situation and cost they would be looking at totally different ballgame and price. If you understand what I'm saying Please re-assign my page. And I will not be making any more $5 offers for assessing the job, as clearly you guys are not happy about it. You have no physical proof that I have collected a payment for it, and therefore you have unreasonably. With no evidence of what you are saying. To restrict me or remove me from what I have built myself and worked hard on to get those ratings. Like I said, you guys have still been getting paid. You have already received at least $300 from my jobs. I don't like messaging if you guys can call me in person and we can discuss this I can explain to you. What's been going on.

Like I'm saying there is no physical proof what I am saying is not true as its all true And you guys are making out that. I'm a criminal on Airtasker Which is not what you should be doing.

Amazing first experience with Airtasker. My request was responded to instantly by a number of people and completed within a couple of hours of me advertising the job. Great not to have to get cash out and conduct the payment through the site. An all-round great experience and I'll certainly use Airtasker again.

Needed help with my tax and this website allowed me to sign up, get connected to an accredited accountant, and get the job done in less than 24 hours. Safe and Secure payments too!

Yesterday I posted my first AirTasker graphic design job and less than 24 hours later it is done and exceeded my expectations. The whole process was a breeze. Within a few minutes of posting the job (which was simple to do), I had 8 replies. I quickly read through a few profiles and chose someone who had a 100% completion rate, 5 Star satisfaction and similar outputs on their portfolio. Everything was easy and hiccup-Free, Including payment. I will definitely be using AirTasker again in the future! Highly recommended!

UI needs lots of improvements for first time users

For instance , when accepting a quote, a very aggressive screen pops up asking for the credit card ... no explanation before hand ...

I loved Airtasker this first time I used it. Very prompt and got what I needed done efficiently. The two other times I used Airtasker were completely different experiences. The second task I needed, the person showed up almost 4 hours late. The third time three different people were unable to complete the task I assigned to them and cancelled last minute, and I ended up going over my budget to have the task finally completed.
Overall, it s a clever service and works well when both parties can agree and fulfill their parts. But from my experience, it s definitely not the most reliable service, and you can get into some issues when you choose the wrong person for the job.

Very easy to register and place a job advert. Lot's of responses and the person I selected was excellent.

First time user and had a five star experience. User friendly for over 60's! (Very proud of myself!) Would definitely use again.

This is very cheat company no one doing thire job properly

When the price changed for the job it took air tasker three weeks to resolve, whilst they had my money and the tradie had not been paid. I asked for a manger to call me to resolve and they said via email that wasn t possible as they only provide an online service.

Easy to use the Airtasker website.Tbe task was completed perfectly..We would definitely recommend using Airtasker.

If the fees involved were MUCH more reasonable than what I was advised, my rating would be much higher. This is based on my first and only so far successful task completed. Very smooth, done well, very easy... the fees just seem to be a big sore point for all members just from the replies I got from my post.
Please find a way to fix this so that it s fair for all and you ll have 5 stars from all :)

App worked really week. I needed some furniture moved. The app provides a list and you just tick off the items, asks a bit of information about the job, and then constructs the ask description. Had 4 responses within 20 minutes. Locked it in. Ongoing communication with the tasker over the app worked really well. Payment through the app was straight forward. Well done.

I got my mattress & lounge cleaned by an airtasker and they ruined my lounge by soaking it using huge amounts of water rather than steam. The wood has all swollen in my lounge.

I contacted the airtasker and they don't speak English and keep offering to come out to "redo the job" not realizing you can't "redo" swollen wood.

Complained to airtasker and they told me their insurance doesn't cover it and to deal with the airtasker which leaves me with an expensive & damaged lounge. I wouldn't use airtasker AT ALL because if things go wrong- it's tough luck.

Love the quick response, competitive price and well done job.

Found Mitch: helped me with PC tasks. As an OAP my computer skills are mainly self taught; it was a pleasure to find someone patient, knowledgeable and skilled. 'Learning by doing' is to me the best way and that's how Mitch Instructed me. I was unsuccessful finding PC help swiftly and at a [to me] reasonable price elsewhere . Airtasker worked well for me on all counts. I'm a first time user of Airtasker, based on my experience, I recommend them and would use them again if help needed.

I used airtasker needing some handyman task competed and having trouble getting others to even show up to quote. Airtasker worked out well and I was very happy with the results.

Nick did a great job, was right on the appointed time and is a very nice person. He installed a doggie door and made sure the screen door was running smoothly. Both dog and myself are very happy!!!

The commission rate is very high and they are not allowing to exchange much details about the work.
